    It was awesome this is my 1st day of Pilates after suffering from corona. But still feel energies after following your Pilates workout routine .. thank u for being so inspirational towards keeping our self healthy.. actually I follow your workout routine that's why even after getting infected by Corona I was still strong enough internally that I recovered within 1 week. that's all because I do workout daily. That just helped me alot .. so it's my advice to all people DO WORK OUT without missing and BE HEALTHY ❤️😊👍

    Halfway through the challenge! Time flies! This was a great workout, for me this was the right balance between challenging movements and relaxing stretches. Loved last week's workouts! Have a great weekend 😘🌞
