Ok so for everyone who wants to do this I been doing this every second night for 3 and a half weeks and I m very skinny so the progress I made was incredible I got to see some abs that I didn't even know they existed .Not only that my abs are Rock solid but also not flat they are really poping out . Thank god I found this video. This is a video that doesn't bs and gives you exactly what you need. An ab exercise that 100% will give the abs you're looking for. I know because I've been doing this same exercise for about 4 months now and my 6 pack is completely visible without flexing. Jeff is the best. I'm in third month of Athlean X and on my off day just did this routine with you. Just following your advice has allowed me to completely change my body to college age body at my age. I'm stoked and making this a permanent lifestyle as I've done it now for almost 6.5 months. You are the man. Love your youtube content and it makes a great supplement to your paid program. The other X guys and companies are way behind you. One other thing, my blood panels for my physical were exceptional. No drugs involved. just clean eating, consistent exercise, obtain decent sleep, and trying to mitigate stress. Thanks Jeff. Hope you read this.
I started a daily plank challenge (3 minutes) with myself. After a few months, I agree with Jeff that it gets boring, because I don't even sweat after the normal plank, so I started adding movements to make it hard lol. Consistency is the key to get better, y'all got this
I'm 66 years old and have been doing this follow-along for a year now and now have a solid 2 pack and change!! I'm very pleased. Thank you Jeff for your generosity. Next month I add ankle weights!! No seriously!! 😃
@@xtremegopher Unfortunately, an injury kept me from adding the ankle weights, I was off for awhile healing but now am back to Jeff's regular follow-along. Maybe someday I'll add the weights.
To be honest when i was a beginner i found these kind of exercises not even possible to do but , if you just try easy ab exercises like (crunches , ... ) eventually your muscles will adapt and it will be possible for you to do the harder exercises aslong as you keep on pushing !
isaac DC Just try the workouts and check out Athlean x training system man, as someone that does these workouts, I'm telling you that's the best fitness source out there. The likes and views will come as with all Jeff's videos, but who cares about that? There are millions of views and likes to some bullshit...
Jefff you’ve been here for me in my darkest times, motivated me when I’ve let my fitness slip away from me and put me in the best shape of my life time and time again. Taught me how to control my eating and I’ve lost over 50 lbs using your follow along videos. I’ve gained it back during some hard times but I’m back at it and in just two weeks already down 20lbs. This time it stays off for good! Cant wait to see that six pack once again! You’re a true hero! My workout: 500yard sprint -Bearcrawls up hill 3 sets of 5 Superset w/ 10 burpee’s - 7min ab workout (6 pack promise) -Home chest workout | 10 minutes (FOLLOW ALONG! -work out to get lower abs fast (7 Minutes!) -15 minute arm workout (Dumbbells only) - Fraser Wilson -10 MINUTE AB WORKOUT // 6 PACK ABS // No equipment | Athlene X -Brutal 6 pack abs workout (6 minutes of pain!) -best home an workout | 10 minutes (Guaranteed) 7 days a week.
How many months before you start seeing anything at all if you commit to doing this 3-4 times a week? (assuming no belly fat but no muscles to start with either)
Quincy Dowling You can do high intensity ab routines like Jeff's daily, and you will see results, if you give it a no excuses, hard effort. Diet is also essential to have in check.
I started doing this every day about a year ago and it was brutal as hell to begin with but now I consider this my warm up for any work out as it remains a challenge - it ought to as it's time based so you can push harder the better you get - but it's completely manageable to the point where I made the first exercise harder by doing "captain's chair" leg raises alternating either side and dead ahead, and always make sure I get up off the ground before Jeff does before saying "thanks Jeff - see you tomorrow morning", I can't believe how I can just get it done now like it's auto-pilot, I would suggest as a tip for anyone doing this when dealing with the twisting pistons (I think they are the real ordeal in this) is don't think about time or lasting the distance but count in your head as you do each side - by this I mean 1,1 - 2,2 - 3,3- etc as you do left-right, left, right - etc this way focus on getting to about 28 or 29 or 30 and I think it makes much less of a burden psychologically and gives a clear horizon you can focus on to get through it every time, I hope that helps! stick with it and it really will pay off and all of a sudden you'll just be doing it no problems at all - I now have defined abdominal muscles I never thought I would really have even though I have always been a very fit person but nothing really cut it like this or was a sustainable regular routine which could be stuck to for these kind of results. It's only 7 minutes- so just get it done - when you catch yourself talking yourself out of it on a lazy day remember you could have done it in that time you had that inner argument with yourself. I hope this is of some use! Good luck, and thanks again Jeff!.... I'll see you in the morning :/
Your 6 pack promise is no joke. I thought 5 mins is going to get me a decent workout and yes it does the job and then some. I have yet to complete one all the way through without stopping. I feel my ab activation all the way through. My favorite ab exercise is the physioball levitation crunches.
6th TIME DOING THIS - Still a killer, but getting through the whole thing. My waist is getting smaller and my abs are showing more on the bottom half... THIS IS LOOKING BADASS!!! THANKS JEFF!!! :-D
Well, seeing as he tells you about his training programme at the end of every video, they're all advertising. This was simply a demonstration of an app that's been out for ages, but he rarely pushes.
Just tried this ab circuit, I’m an exercise physiology student who hasn’t been training abs directly for a few months... this killed me but it was great. Quick and intense, did it after chest and triceps, but you could almost do it after any session; push, pull etc Love your videos Jeff
my heart rate went up watching how hard it was for him. im not even close to that. would not last 1 minute because of cramps or exhaustion in my current state
Great workout. I’m 57 years old, down 40 lbs since June, and have added a few of your abs exercises as well as a few shoulder workouts to my routines. Thanks for what you do.
I'll be doing this ab workout, for the first time, in a couple of hours. I will send you the address where my lifeless corpse will be found. Seriously -- thank you for a simple, intelligent, and effective work out. I look forward to the pain.
4 years later.. I remember 3 years ago I could hang easy I had to start a different ab workout cause I did this everyday for like 6 months… stopped being consistent since Covid now I can hardly complete each exercise, but imma be here everyday till I can !!!!
Yep, I just tried it now. I could only do 40s, 30s and 20s for the first three then after a 30s break I found the star fish crunch not too difficult but was completely done half way through the tuck planks.
Y’all it actually works I do this Monday -Friday and run 2 miles a day and I’m seeing results tbh just have a good diet and run and do this and you’ll see results! Thank you 🙏
Well it’s been a year and let’s just say, I didn’t make it through without any breaks. I about died. Iv been neglecting my “abs” a little bit. Haha we’re getting back after it though
Day 1 complete, feeling good I’ll be back tomorrow with an update Day 2 complete, surprisingly I did a bit worse than DAY 1, I was a bit sore but I pulled through, I’ll update you guys on my progress for tomorrow Day 3: I took a break yesterday for muscle growth and repairing, I have noticed a significant changes in the first 2 exercises, they have become easier, and overall I didn’t stop to rest as much as the 2 days prior. Ps. If your wondering if I have changed my diet, no I haven’t, but I do have a fast metabolism and I play sports so it balances out. Thanks for the support I’ll be back tomorrow 🤙 Day 4: Workout was significantly easier and kept up more than days 3-1, stomach has become flatter and I have become less sore the morning after the workout. Thanks for the support and I’ll be back tomorrow. Feel free to ask any questions Day 5: I was able to do the workout with only 1 10 sec break, I feel good, stomach has become flatter and I can see the outline of my abs from the obliques. Thanks for all the comments and support I’ll be back tomorrow! Day 6: I almost forgot to update you guys, it’s the morning after, the workout became a bit easier but it definitely burned a lot, I stopped feeling sore after the workout (I’m not sure I it’s a good thing or a bad thing) my stomach has become significantly flatter and toned, again thanks for the support and I’ll bring you guys and update later tonight! Day 7: Wow it’s finally been a weeks worth of working out, I already feel much better and I am able to see some results, I must mention that I have been watching what I have been eating because like Jeff says, “ you can’t out train your diet”. Luckily I have a great metabolism to my advantage and I also am very active since I am in sports atm, again thanks for all the support, I’ll be back with an update tomorrow!
This workout was actually recommended by one of my mates and he's been doing this workout for a week or so and he really sees and difference. This workout is hard indeed. I've started this workout today and I'm hoping to see a little difference in me in a weeks time aswell. If this actually works I will forever love you man. I'm generally quite slim anyways I don't need to burn any fat at all to be honest. I just want to see abs. Once you start doing this workout your body starts aching quite bad. But I guess that tells you that you are doing a good job. As they say 'no pain , no gain'. :)
Have used this one EVERYDAY for a long time! I love how you talk through the pain, the grind; even share "it is getting hard". Work wonders towards getting us motivated and doing these alongside you! 🔥
Jonathan Bissoo I supposed you had another razon, something like a word game, that he struggles or fight as a cavalier,as his name demmands or something like that. sorry
Rodrigo Machado First off, "Razon" is Spanish. Secondly, I didn't make that analogy but since you mentioned it - yeah, he does fight as a Cavalier (Hehe). I like that play on the guy's name. It's cheeky
I know, I'm Argentinean, Spanish is my home language. sometimes I forget the word I need so it seems I mix them jajajajjaja sorry. I've always think about that wordgame but no one else seems to realize, then you shows up talking about his name and just wanted to know if you noticed to. Sorry the word repeating, I have no practice since I left the English academy

Day 22: did it in the middle of the day for a change

Day 27: the music is getting to me...
Alright i forgot what day we are on....i always forget to log it afterwards but i have been doing it. first day of school today so had to do it at night. i will keep going just not daily updates (not like anyone even cares lol)
update: alright so since school started and i work on school days, working out is becoming a hard thing to include in my schedule and i felt pretty demotivated. i couldn’t do it yesterday along with my chest workout. i ate a lot of junk today and am regretting it rn. i looked the mirror and just looked at the progress i made in my body over the last year and that just made me want to get back into it. i gotta keep going. tomorrow i will go extra hard
still going boys we ain’t giving up.
aye 2 comments! yes i’m still goin strong...yesterday i kinda let myself go and had a little too much bagels but other than that my diet has been good and i’ve been doing this workout everyday
still consistent with this and my other workouts but i’m not eating as good :( i’ve been getting carried away with unhealthy stuff lately. gotta get back on track. otherwise i’m doing great
sept 21: i like have a six pack but i need to lose more body fat for it to really show. this routine is so good i’m glad i started it when i did
feb 8: well i gave up for a while and lost some gains but the past week ive been getting back into it. hard to stay motivated nowadays
We need a update my guy
Update buddy
Keep going brother. I’ve been looking for your updates everyday after my workout
Jack GFAT aye thanks man. don’t ever give up with your workouts. it’s all worth it in the end
How's it going man? Update my guy.
Just curious, how old are you?
After I did this, the people next to me had 6-pack abs!!
You know this shit is hard when Jeff is sweating and grunting 2 minutes in.
He gets tired in 3 seconds in lmao
ManInBlack 123 Jealousie sucks
Owen Guest you know its hard when you see that vein on his face lol
Cry babies smh
Can't take a joke lol
Jeff, I believe in your 'scientific' approach & this routine is awesome! You Roocckk, Kid!!
Ya boy finally made it through without stopping once!
That’s dope bro!! Congrats! Hopefully I’ll get there soon 😅 💯
Awesome boy! You keep going! Keep inspiring people to healthy abs and determination!
aye same bro! good job
Good job bro keep it up!
How long did you take?
*tuck planks start*
Jeff: “You guys know I don’t like regular planks”
Me: *just planking, trying not to die* “I’m sorry Jeff!”
I laughed 😂
Just did this and the exact same happened!
same. did like 2 reps of tuck planks then my brain said, fuck it, we're just doin planks. fuck you jeff. xD
I started a daily plank challenge (3 minutes) with myself. After a few months, I agree with Jeff that it gets boring, because I don't even sweat after the normal plank, so I started adding movements to make it hard lol. Consistency is the key to get better, y'all got this
DaRealCheo haha same
I had to pause the video to let the guy rest...

Lol hahahaha good 1 : )

I'm 66 years old and have been doing this follow-along for a year now and now have a solid 2 pack and change!! I'm very pleased. Thank you Jeff for your generosity. Next month I add ankle weights!! No seriously!! 😃
I can't even imagine adding weight for the twisting pistons, you're a beast if you manage that
@@xtremegopher Unfortunately, an injury kept me from adding the ankle weights, I was off for awhile healing but now am back to Jeff's regular follow-along. Maybe someday I'll add the weights.
7 minute abs is absolute TORTURE!! 🔥🔥Thanks Jeff 👍🏻👍🏻
Damn I am tired... need a nap after watching that
Danny Wilten Danny! I'm a big fan of your M P hall vids and your Sacred Geometry. Nice to see you here lol! 👽
Yea my jaw got tired when I was eating chips and dip while watching this😂
"My favorite exercise, 30 seconds rest."
Danny Wilten xd
hahahah me too. so did he say how often we should do this?
I've been doing this workout for a month and I have a four almost six pack! Keep going guys!
Looming with J you shouldn't do the same ab workout for a month, mix it up every day,
Do you have rest days? like maybe weekends to let the abs rest?
Cherelle White abs are the only muscle you can work out every day
How is your progress now 5 months in?
Sammy Droubi dude I used to have like no abs , it’s been 6 months and my core is ripped I’m happy with this
Dude this guys channel is amazing. Not trying to sell you anything, just make sure you live your best life.
To be honest when i was a beginner i found these kind of exercises not even possible to do but , if you just try easy ab exercises like (crunches , ... ) eventually your muscles will adapt and it will be possible for you to do the harder exercises aslong as you keep on pushing !
#Team MasterMind do y have it???

isaac DC do you even lift Bro? Troll piece of shit.
Paul Anthony Trujillo The Trainer, Yes, I've just never shown a video of myself before.
isaac DC Just try the workouts and check out Athlean x training system man, as someone that does these workouts, I'm telling you that's the best fitness source out there.
The likes and views will come as with all Jeff's videos, but who cares about that?
There are millions of views and likes to some bullshit...
Jeff Cavaliere, this workout must really work.
isaac DC probably loyal followers who use this on his free app or with his paid programming, or just know how legit Jeff truly is

"I'm falling apart." - Me, 10 seconds in.
“I need more pizza.” - Me, on the couch.
"I think I've got abs..." me, eating hot cheetos and laying in my bed
Jefff you’ve been here for me in my darkest times, motivated me when I’ve let my fitness slip away from me and put me in the best shape of my life time and time again. Taught me how to control my eating and I’ve lost over 50 lbs using your follow along videos.
I’ve gained it back during some hard times but I’m back at it and in just two weeks already down 20lbs. This time it stays off for good! Cant wait to see that six pack once again!

This is by far the best ab workout I've EVER encountered! And I genuinely mean that after 4 years of training this is awesome AS FRICK!!
Abdallah Farooq it's true I feel it the most and it hurt like a bitch
Yeah same here. sweet jesus
How many months before you start seeing anything at all if you commit to doing this 3-4 times a week? (assuming no belly fat but no muscles to start with either)
It's hurts so much I kinda quit but I'm starting up again. I would also like to know how many we should this to see results. everyday?
Quincy Dowling You can do high intensity ab routines like Jeff's daily, and you will see results, if you give it a no excuses, hard effort. Diet is also essential to have in check.
I’d laugh my ass off if I walked into his gym and this music was actually blasting in there. Lol
MoreAmerican lmaooo I have this whole instrumental memorized by now
Ha me too.
😂😂😂😂
Hahah Jeff plays this while driving to work too 😂

I’ve been doing this for three days straight now, feels so good before bed and after you’ve woken up

I tried it.
I was dead after the first 2 exercises lol.
This is an advertising video
but you know what? I don't care that you do it, as long there are these quality content
I like
Well, seeing as he tells you about his training programme at the end of every video, they're all advertising.
This was simply a demonstration of an app that's been out for ages, but he rarely pushes.
Tio Griver agreed
The reason why jeff talks during his workout as well so his face muscles get some works too

Gives you an idea how hard it is.
Its even funnier on the other 7 minute ab workout its the same thing but with the camera spinning around
😂
Just tried this ab circuit, I’m an exercise physiology student who hasn’t been training abs directly for a few months... this killed me but it was great. Quick and intense, did it after chest and triceps, but you could almost do it after any session; push, pull etc Love your videos Jeff
Friends: What workouts do you use for your abs?
Me: You don't want to know...
I've watched that video so many times, during training, that now I can't finish training without "my congratulations and everything" ))
Here is our digital coach here hope she can give us some motivation. *puts on intense music that completely overpowers the digital voice
I feel like watching you in this video counts as my workout
1Lifeonearth nice try! 😂
my heart rate went up watching how hard it was for him. im not even close to that. would not last 1 minute because of cramps or exhaustion in my current state
Doing this is an atonement for my sins
how can anyone dislike jeff's vids?

im liking jeff's video but is not easy to follow along with jeff, had to stop 3-4 times for short break

Great workout. I’m 57 years old, down 40 lbs since June, and have added a few of your abs exercises as well as a few shoulder workouts to my routines. Thanks for what you do.
i’ve been doing this for almost 2 months every day & i literally have crazy abs now....no joke
Good man 👍
For real? Combined with other exercises? Cardio?
@@ophrasbankaccount7716 yes, I run for cardio like 1-2 miles and do these ab exercises everyday at the end of my normal workout routine.
That’s awesome man. Good to hear
@@ralphyperdomo5641 how often do you do cardio? 2-3 times a week, or more often?
All the dislikes are mad they didn't magically get a 6 pack in 7 mins.
Chris MiAss Unless I'm at the liquor store, it takes a hell of a lot longer than 7 minutes to get a six pack.
I just do this routine everyday, with other exercises. and it helps a lot.
I'll be doing this ab workout, for the first time, in a couple of hours. I will send you the address where my lifeless corpse will be found. Seriously -- thank you for a simple, intelligent, and effective work out. I look forward to the pain.
Any results?
Tr xD He died. No response.
Not dead yet. The workout is incredibly effective. I use variants of it with my every ab routine.
Ayee you're alive hey bud
have you seen results from it.
4 years later.. I remember 3 years ago I could hang easy I had to start a different ab workout cause I did this everyday for like 6 months… stopped being consistent since Covid now I can hardly complete each exercise, but imma be here everyday till I can !!!!
Jeff is huffing and puffing long before those 7 minutes are over. I guess I will drop dead after about 30 seconds.
damn Jeff, back at it again with the great core workout! (added to favorites)
I got a six pack just by reading all these comments below, thanks guys

Finally! I made it all the way through without taking any couple second breathers!
Well it’s been a year and let’s just say, I didn’t make it through without any breaks. I about died. Iv been neglecting my “abs” a little bit. Haha we’re getting back after it though
Day 1 complete, feeling good I’ll be back tomorrow with an update
Day 2 complete, surprisingly I did a bit worse than DAY 1, I was a bit sore but I pulled through, I’ll update you guys on my progress for tomorrow
Day 3: I took a break yesterday for muscle growth and repairing, I have noticed a significant changes in the first 2 exercises, they have become easier, and overall I didn’t stop to rest as much as the 2 days prior.
Ps. If your wondering if I have changed my diet, no I haven’t, but I do have a fast metabolism and I play sports so it balances out. Thanks for the support I’ll be back tomorrow 🤙
Day 4: Workout was significantly easier and kept up more than days 3-1, stomach has become flatter and I have become less sore the morning after the workout. Thanks for the support and I’ll be back tomorrow. Feel free to ask any questions
Day 5: I was able to do the workout with only 1 10 sec break, I feel good, stomach has become flatter and I can see the outline of my abs from the obliques. Thanks for all the comments and support I’ll be back tomorrow!
Day 6: I almost forgot to update you guys, it’s the morning after, the workout became a bit easier but it definitely burned a lot, I stopped feeling sore after the workout (I’m not sure I it’s a good thing or a bad thing)
my stomach has become significantly flatter and toned, again thanks for the support and I’ll bring you guys and update later tonight!

The veins show due to him being very lean, and because he's pale, they show even easier as opposed to someone like me who is of darker complexion.
Jeff's last name (Cavaliere) means "Knight" in Italian. It can also mean "gentleman".
Rodrigo Machado I always knew what it meant. I just never realized it was his last name. I noticed and posted in the TH-cam comment section. Va bene?
Rodrigo Machado Caballero=Cavaliere. Tu me entiendes?
