    Excellent commentary. It is so important to move your body. You will definitely feel it as you get older. The recommendations were good - no need for a high cost gym membership. Do the things you like to do. Walking, cycling, playing tennis, basketball, racquetball, running, sprinting. When your having fun with it you will do more of it. It should be incorporated in your life at least three times a week if not more. Useful information. Thank you.
