SELF-CONFIDENCE

Enjoying a sense of performance-worthiness reinforces itself over the years. I reflect on this notion without synonyms: self-confidence, a reward of the general art and science of elevating the ready-and-can't-wait feeling---tempering it from redlining into anxiety, of course---according to how well one's well-situated standard, expectations, or "auto-ability-assessment" matches reality.

This is something that all the young skaters at the ice rink should be aware of before their performance.
This should be on a big, fancy website where people sign up or see dates for competitions, and your video should be right there so that everyone can learn this. From what I’ve seen, kids and people, including myself, really struggle with this part.
And you voiced the fundamentals so well for an audience. Good job on YouTubing, Dad!
