Thanks!
Thank you so much!!!! Hugely appreciated :)
My mind instantly went to… “a new way to use crickut vinyl!”
Fantastic tutorial…so what else is new???🤗…💖your channel your art and you!💖
So pretty. These are great. Your directions are always marvelous. You do a beautiful job. 😊
There are many more people who need a fuller explanation of the process than ones who don't and they are the ones who massively appreciate, and hang on to every word you say.
Yesss!At least I do!
The absolute undisputed queen of all things junk journal related...
She sure is! 👍
Agreed! 😊
Yaaaaay thank you!!
Absolutely!! She is my Go To Girl for all things JJ. We love you, Natasa!!
Please don't stop the full explanations. You can't please everyone but it is extremely helpful to have a fuller explanation than not when trying to follow a tutorial.
100%💕💕💕💕💕
This for sure! You can always skip or fast-forward through explanations, but you can't pull explanations out of thin air.
@@sambeawesome So very true!
Totally agree ❤
I agree.
You can't please everyone. The people that fully gravitate towards your channel are here to learn 😊
You really don't need to worry about pleasing people: as others have said, you are the queen of junk journalling, and I love to hear you talk, *especially* when you get sidetracked, relax, and sprinkle in your warmth, passion and humour. You do you: nobody else can!
I TOTALLY agree! 😍
Exactly what i was thinking. Spread the love.
AGREE 100%❤
Ohhhhhh thank you so much!!!!!!! You are so right. I can (sometimes) relax and that's when I can be a bit more carefree, but other times, I'm stressed that I won't finish filming on time before school pick up :))))
@@TreasureBooksoh I understand…I remember those lovely hectic days!💖
For those rude people: this is a kind a wonderful creator that doesn't need your bad energy. My mom always told me if you don't have anything good to say don't say anything at all.
Natasa you're the best teacher and I'm grateful for all you share with us, for FREE PEOPLE FOR FREE we are so lucky to have you. Thanks again for inspiring us.
I think the number of subscribers you have is proof that you are doing something right. You cannot please everyone. No matter what you do some people will complain.
Please don't change, we love you just the way you are ❤
Thank you so much :)
I'm sorry for the people who are so rude and think they can say anything on social media. I send you blessings of strength and courage and to be like a duck haha letting the comments slip off of your mind like water off a duck's back. You work so hard to find special ideas and you do such beautiful work for both Old Timers and newbies. I really do like this and I have some weather I'm going to use. Wish me luck hugs and blessings from an old lady in New Mexico
Amen! 💖
Thank you so much!! Good luck!
I can't understand the ingratitude of those who stand to gain from the painstaking teaching that Natasa does....by passing rude comments
No change is needed. This is YOUR channel. If they don’t vibe with how you teach, they have the option to find someone who does.
I enjoy watching your videos and learn something new every time.
Thank you Mrs Natasa 💗
Well said! Thank you!
You are an excellent teacher! A good teacher will teach to all the different learning styles that your audience will be comprised of. Some people are auditory learners and some are visual learners. You make sure that all your viewers can learn from you! Love this project! Thank you for sharing 🤍
Exactly! Well said!
Thank you so much!!!! Really makes me happy, this comment
You do the best tutorials on You Tube. Please dont change. You cant please everyone.
The roll of vinyl you're using looks like the ones used in a cricut machine. Never worry, you are taking too long to explain things. I'm a seasoned crafter, but I need refreshers on certain methods used. No real crafter should be complaining about how long you're taking. You're never too old to learn. If you see Natasa repeating or taking too long (your opinion), no one is forcing anyone to watch anything. There needs to be more kindness in the world. I love all the travelers notebooks Natasa, and I am never bored watching and listening to you. 🙂♥️
Agreed, HTV, heat transfer vinyl.
Thank You. I thought it might be HTV and came to the comments to confirm or learn something new :-)
I was going to say it looks like HTV my husband bought off Amazon for me and it's garbage. It won't peel off the carrier sheet, the material sticks to it. Now I know what to do with it lol.
Thank you for explaining a more than 3-hole pamphlet stitch in a way I can FINALLY understand!! I've watched countless videos, and I've never been able to understand it.
I appreciate you, and your teaching style. Thank you 💙💙
I agree with you @menm_91. I have watched many videos on stitching signatures in and the only one I have mastered ( I say that lightly, lol) is the the 3 hole. Seeing her diagram finally made sense.
I, too was waiting for a more than 3 hole binding method. Thank you so much!
I'm so glad! Thank you!!!
We all have our preferences. That is why people follow certain creators. I look forward to your video every week. 💕💕💕
Thank you so much :)
What makes your videos stand out above all the rest (for me) is that you have a soft voice, you go from beginning to end with each step, and you give us written instructions. There are lots of good jj videos that I can't listen to because they have a high pitch candy voice and it's like they're in a race to see how many words they can fit into the video. Or, they are all over the place with their "instructions", leaving me confused and frustrated. I get none of that with yours. And I love your quirky sense of humor. It matches mine. I've no doubt that we'd be really good friends if we weren't so far apart.
I've watched dozens of influential TH-camrs and you are my absolute favorite! I have never come away from one of your tutorials confused or irritated! Stay true to your nature....this is why so many of us love ya!❤
Thank you so much ❤️
Love your videos!
1. You make things that are pretty.
2. You fast forward when you’re cutting paper or doing something else boring.
3. You don’t ramble. Really, you do not. I’ve never heard you talk at length about a flat tire or why you forgot to pick up milk at the Mini-Mart, key phrase being “at length”.
4. You explain what needs to be explained (new techniques especially) and mention pitfalls - so helpful!
5. You use a huge variety of materials, but never push-push-push expensive new tools and products. You use what you have and often show alternatives to what you’re using.
Thank you for such wonderful presentations.
Good articulation of what I see and find on this channel. I may someday make some of these journals, or I may spend time teaching my great grandchildren. I do not find anything with Natasha that is something that can be skipped over, and she does not skip anything. Excellent teaching and everything you wrote @liosatate7783 is exactly what I find so fascinating about these videos. I love paper and to see it created into something that is so attractive and useful is intriguing to me.
I love your explanations. I especially watch your videos because you don't speed up and use a voice over. It's authentic and I can see that I'm not the only one struggling ❤😊
I don't have all the supplies but I still enjoy watching your videos.
Hey Natasha! I want to thank you for every video you make! You take time to teach us how to create wonderful things!!! I don't care what others may think of you talking. I need to hear you explain, in detail, techniques so I can fully grasp how to make beauties such as yours. And, you have no idea of how your humor lifts my spirits, especially when I'm down in the dumps or frustrated about something. I say all of that to say, please don't change who you are or the way you teach us!! I love your channel! I can't wait til the next video!! Again, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for all you do for me.....for us!!!! Carry on......
That's exactly what I think❤
This tutorial had everything! How to do a more-than-3-hole pamphlet stitch, how to bind in multiple notebooks without separate bands (midori/traveler’s co use separate bands), how to figure out a cover that wraps, hides the internal elastic, and put the closing elastic in a less bulky spot. Standing ovation! 🎉
I like that you jump right in at the beginning. If I find a crafter who drones on at the start I either fast forward or pass it by. If you need to explain part of the process, no problem. I think your delivery is fun and friendly. Keep it up!
I agree...and also pass by those who do not show the finished project at the beginning...
Thank you so much!
You don't talk too much, your explanations are very helpful! Keep doing you! I love this whole idea for these journals. That cover is really pretty, but I really do not know what it is. The little bits are washers and it gives the eyelets something to grab onto, and they really do make a difference. I urge people to use them because they are so helpful and also give it a finished look. Fantastic video. Thanks, as always, for sharing your creativity!
Iv learned more in this video than my four years of journaling. Thank you for your brilliance 😊
Thank you so much :)
Thanks for the tutorial. I do like when you explain in detail cause some don't know and actually there's always fast forward 😂
You are the first person who does this in a way that makes me believe I can do it too. You are an inspiration.
I may be wrong but I believe the glitter material that you are using is offcuts of heat tranfer or iron-on glitter vinyl. The top of it has a plastic carrier sheet on ti and the rougher side or dull side goes onto your t-shirt or whatever you want to iron it onto then cover the front with a piece of teflon or a piece of material over the plastic sheet and iron it down then peel the top plastic sheet off and you have a super shiny glitter piece onto your shirt usually cut as a name or saying. There are lots of possibilities ! I have lots of it because I have a Cricut cutting machine, but I love the other ideas that you have for using it! Thank you so much for another incredibly inspiring video!🤗🥰
You’re doing everything perfectly well, especially for the beginner person. I love how meticulous you are as the finished product looks quality. Thank you for sharing with us and don’t change anything. 😊
Finally! I understand how to sew the signatures! Thank you!
Sweet Natasa, you buy the commercial ones because they inspire you to teach us how to make them for ourselves! Thank you so much for your time and effort in producing these tutorials!! God Bless you and your family! Hugs from Texas!!
❤💜❤💜
These are simply gorgeous Natasa! Please don't change your style of teaching us! If some may think it is too long they can simply advance the video. Such babies! Many Blessings-Pat
You are my absolute favorite! I bought your book and refuse to lend it ! YOU are a treasure! And yes your books are too.
Thank you very much, I appreciate that!
I don't usually comment, but detailed explanations are your strength and what I'm here to see.
I appreciate that! Thank you
The BEST instruction on this binding I’ve ever seen ! And I love your book, too! What a bargain! 💕
Thank you so much!
Hi Natasha, as others have said you can't please everyone, so follow you"re own star and continue to be such a fantastic crafter. Thanks you so much, Rose Marie
Another fantastic video! You didn’t reach over a quarter of a million subscribers by trying to please everyone. You did that through hard work, talent, and being yourself. ❤️from KY, USA
Thank you so much :) Well said :)
I've watched many bookbinding videos in the past and you are the only one who explains it sensibly. People get so technical about it and all I needed was someone to just draw a diagram for me. I also really enjoy watching your videos in their entirety and usually I get impatient with other people but something about how you teach the craft, how you talk and how the process unfolds is so interesting so I don't mind watching longer videos. I remember you used to write the instructions down on paper and keep them on screen and I used to love that, it reminded me of my school teachers who would do this and it makes understanding a process so much easier. These journals came out so beautiful. Thank you for sharing these beautiful ideas❤
Oh Natasha, you are one of the very first people that I learned from. Your videos are immensely helpful and your personality is so refreshing. Thank you for all of your wisdom in the JJ world.
Thank you so much :)
Don't worry about pleasing everyone, do what u feel do what u want, i love your channel u are so creative and I appreciate what you do ❤
Thank you 🤗
PPS Yesyesyes 😊keep giving us detailed instructions. People that don’t need an FF this part. You are awesome (in case no one has told you today). God bless Natasha.
It makes me furious that someone told you you talk too much. Ugh. Your channel is perfect! I love your voice and your videos. Your videos are the best thing on the Internet. Everything you make is amazing. Your explanations are perfect, they are very clear and easy for me, a beginner, to follow. You're such an inspiration: funny, creative, warm and you make this whole journal thing inviting.
😊 thank you, you are so kind!
There is not a video of yours that I have watched and not learned anything. I agree, that you get right to the point is what keeps my interest. Thank you for all you do. Donna.
You also might have to write another book.
Thank you so much Donna!
Hello Sweet And Thoughtful Beautiful Teacher.....Please just be you!! Your a great teacher and very understanding that we are all in a different category of learning and you reach every range and Your so fun 🎉🎉🎉Thank you so very much for your encouragement and Time ...I truly appreciate you!! Thank your family also for sharing you with us....Have a Beautiful Blessed Week Filled With Peace Creativity and Wonderful Memories to Lock in Your Heart...Paper Hugs
Anyone who doesn’t like what you do needs to go away. Why do people feel they must find fault with everything? We love you and your style. People who don’t - go away. You don’t need to be here.
Once again you have made a seemingly difficult project easy. I love your detailed instructions and you addressed one of mine about how you pull the strings to one side of the paper to make it neat. For those who think you talk too much they can always push the mute button or forward ahead. I love listening to you as you craft because you frequently do a craft differently than what I'm used to. It's easier and another way to learn. Don't let any fuddy duddies silence you. Keep talking and keep on sharing your wonderful creations with us. Thank you so much! ♥
Please just be yourself, we love you exactly the way you are, your channel is a real treasure, and so are you! 🖤
Thank you so much!!
I like your full explanations. It helps to make a more beautiful project. I would much rather hear directions than just personal life chatter!
Awesome, thank you!
You’re the Queen of Binding for sure! You explain anything you want we are all listening!
I would call that covering Glitter Vinyl but not sure.
👍❤️
I reckon Im getting quite good at making books now after a few years of watching and learning primarily from You dear one. You light up the screen/room
You never waffle and your descriptives have taught us all so much. I am eternally grateful for the extent of your tutoring. 🙏
Oh Natasha you are so awesome. I love your ideas and the way you describe them to us. Please stay authentic to you. Your true fans love it.
I'm blessed every time I watch you. I love your creativity. I love your instructions. I enjoy your voice and your jokes. Thank you for sharing your talents.
Your humor is quiet sweet, I love it, your instructions are so plain n simple, I love it! One of my favorite TH-camrs to watch. Thank you !
Thank you so much :)
I love the way you explain each step clearly with accurate information! You are by far the best instructor among all the TH-cam videos I watch. Thank you!
Thank you so much :)
Thank you, Ms. Natasa, for a great pamphlet stitch tutorial in the middle of a beautiful traveller's journal instructional!
You are so welcome! Thanks for watching!
I love your videos. I can rewind and rewatch if I think I missed something. It's great. Thanks.
You’re so creative and one of the best teachers in journalism. All the colors are so beautiful and the way you always do it makes me feel like if I can do anything when comes to recycling 😊. Please don’t change🌻not a bit 😊and thank you so much for sharing your talent with all of us🇵🇷!!!
I"m new here and am listening to every word, those that already know "things" can fast forward through the "boring" bits.
Thank you!!!!
Love this idea!! The paper you used for the cover is iron on vinyl that is used with a cricut machine. I use it a lot and it can be found at dollar stores in the US. I never thought to use it this way!!! I love it!!!
That's what I thought immediately so thank you for confirming 😊
So is this HTV?? I thought HTV was thin like for T-shirts..help, I want some!! I don't have a Cricut, I'm clueless
Thank you!!!
Because of you, and your detailed tutorials, I had the confidence to make my first journal. Now I've made many treasured books, including one I'm very proud of -- my own tribute journal of my life to leave my children and future generations.
You've inspired me, and many, many others.
Keep being uniquely YOU 💙
I've sewn a lot!!! Thanks for showing how to sew the mystery material. I don't watch tutorials without words. You are fantastic at showing and teaching!! I took notes. tfs!!
Thank you so much!
Oh my goodness, the napkin glued to fabric cover! I haven't even finished watching the whole video, but I had to stop and say that that is just absolutely glorious! Beautiful! Never would've thought of such a thing! You are such an inspiration!
That is common while watching Natasa. It is one good idea after another, one video after another and down the rabbit hole we go!
Natasa, how do you always teach me something new? I love how you asked the "class." If they don't like your vids, let em move on! Bc u make great videos and content!!!! Tfs❤❤❤
Even if I weren’t new to this craft , I still need and want full explanations , which you do wonderful ! Some people are just nasty they need to move on if things bother them! I love everything you do and love to watch , even if I know I’m maybe not going to do everything I still learn and get ideas.
Cricket
Never stop teaching as you do. I copy down your instructions. One good viewing and I don't have to keep referring back like other channels. I can take your ideas and then go create my own things. Love love love you and bless your sweet soul!
Thank you so much :)
I love your tutorials! You are so complete and creative with a touch of humor. Will watch this one again...I'm old...almost 82...but love using my hands to make things...no expensive tools. Thank you for this delightful and practical list journal. Used to make jewelry so I have lots of fsnce trimmings to add. You are a jewel yourself! ❤
I love this comment so much, thank you
I follow you because of YOU! Who you are, what you teach and how you teach. Nuff said.
Thank you ❤️
This is one of the best educational (and entertaining) junk journal channels I’ve come across in the 5+ years I’ve been making junk journals. I always learn something from you. I just think it’s odd that someone would come into your hundreds of pleasant and positive comments to express negativity. They are not really part of this community and need to be immediately dismissed. That is all.
You do you! We enjoy you no matter how you decide to demonstrate your beautifull, perfect creations!!❤❤
Thank you!!
❤watching your TH-cam channel has been God send for me. You have lowered and reduced my stress level many many many times. I love seeing your videos. Thank you for showing me how to make journals. Believe it or not, I've gathered so many things but haven't started. I know you've mentioned that there's no need to buy supplies but in my this is a possibility to get started but still I haven't so I keep watching and keep planning to start. So I'm going to finally start. Thank you. You are my encourager. ❤❤❤
Your explanations are great! Those people can fast forward!
Ваши видио просто замечательные, я в них влюбилась👍👍👍 желаю вам много много творческих идей, которые в дальнейшем мы увидим. 👍👍👍👏👏👏❤❤❤
Ignore any n all negativity. Your videos are the BEST! I routinely send people, who are new to junk journaling, to your channel because I know they will get great instruction n ideas.
Thank you so much!
I have never seen someone so talented every video I watch is always things that are so beautiful. Thanks, ty
Thanks so much 😊
Your tutorials are excellent! I really appreciate the explanations and the written out steps. You are an excellent teacher. Many thanks to you! ❤
I, for one, REALLY appreciate the perfectly and thoroughly explained step-by-step process!! Thank you so much!!!! ❤
So glad! Thank you
You keep doing what you’re doing! That’s why your channel is so successful!
I appreciate that! Thank you
I've been wanting something like this for my brother. He travels a lot by himself. He's going to Vietnam soon, and this would be perfect for him. I love, love, love the covers. Thank you again for another beautiful idea! Hope you have a lovely Sunday! ❤
I love your channel the way you are just you and a great teacher! Plus, if someone doesn’t want to watch all details they can fast fwd 😀
You are an absolute STAR, Natasa! 🌟🌟✨️🌟🌟
/Ditte 🤓 🇸🇪
Thank you so much!
I'm a visual learner. I watch and then do. If steps are skipped then I don't learn those steps or I have to learn by trial and error. That's why I love your videos as you explain and demonstrate each step in the process. These are gorgeous! 👍❤️
Thank you so much! I too am a visual learner, so I get it
Very helpful, thank-you Natasha, including your detailed instructions and tips... Very inspiring. 😊
Absolutely beautiful. I love all your videos, I personally love the longer videos you do and the way you take your time to explain things. You don’t talk too much, you are teaching us and we are learning by you explaining things to us.
Thank you so much!
This right here! OMG, yesterday morning I purchased a TN cover, & 3 inserts from Ranger just so I could see how they were made... I really enjoyed watching your tutorial & I'm saving it to a playlist for later. DO NOT change your teaching style, it's perfection. Have a beautiful day!
ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! Yes, yes, yes!
Thank you!
Please don’t change a thing. I absolutely love your content.
Thank you so much :)
I love how much you enjoy your 2nd hand jewels - so much happiness. These folios are beautiful. Happy creating.
Thank you so much!
The way you do your videos is excellent, I do many crafts and no matter how expert sometimes you need a quality refresher from another crafter to follow. I love your step-by-step show and tell. You speak clearly and in terms that all of us can follow, your a fine teacher and so helpful. Keep up the excellent work.
Had to tell you what that is!
Cricut cutting machine for making t shirts etc... heat activated. So beware if it gets really hot. It may separate from the plastic. Though you can iron it onto a journal....
Traveling journals have been around a long time. Love your take on it. I like to art journal. Your post is very welcome... had been buying Jane Davenport journals and painting the cover. Though post from Australia has gone up since covid.
This method is just such a smart use of cricut scraps! The glitter material!
These are my fave type of journal though... the removable type.
I absolutely love your gorgeous napkin/muslin journal! You are so incredibly talented and your passion for all things paper is inspiring ❤
Love the way you make the books and you are right why buy some think which you can make them. And i love the why you talk and you don't talk too much. And you can't please every one but you are the beast. Thanks
We love you just the way you are ❤
Thank you so much :)
Your teaching is absolutely perfect!!
Thank you! 😃
I love your videos with the full explanation im a slow learner somethings i learn with your visual explanations and others with your talking explanations so i love the way you do ur videos wich my teachers would have explaned to me atleast half of the way you do !!!
Thank you so much :)
That is iron on vinyl, you cut shapes or words, peel of the bit you don't want (called weeding) then press the cut out on to fabric or clothes or anything that won't melt under the iron, use something to cover the vinyl while you press it, hope this helps
I have found that sometimes it takes multiple explanations in detail from several different TH-cam channels in order for me to understand things, so don't change to please anybody, just be yourself.
And Yes, your amazing book is on my want monster list 😍. God bless you young lady 💕. Becky B
Thank you for this! I’ve been wanting to make this type journal for a while.
And I just want to say how much I love the ASMR thing you do at the beginning of your videos. So calming! I wouldn’t mind if you one day did a whole video like. 😊
Dear Natasa, you are such an inspiration to me, I am always amazed by your creativity and skills, you are an incredible teacher and I really need to say it, your videos are the highlight of my week, I can't wait to see what is coming and I never get annoyed by your gentle voice and your sense of humour, I bought your book that I love so much and I watch your videos several time because each time they inspire me to do many other things. This project is amazing, every time I think: this is the best ever and then you come with another one and I say Oh my she did it again! I don't understand why people feel the urge to complain in the comments, it's so simple, if you don't like it just don't watch it or skip whatever you don't need to see, to me it's important every step because it's just like this that we learn and repeat. Thank you so much for taking the time to teach and show how amazing you are. All my love to you.
