It doesn’t get fresher than this! Casablanca on the Bay is one of Miami’s popular seafood restaurants that overlooks Biscayne Bay. What sets it apart? It is a family run business dating back to generations of fishermen. Their seafood comes in DAILY straight from their boats and caught by their own fishermen to ensure ultimate freshness. They prepare both local and international seafood dishes that have attracted media and tourists around the world. In this video, I talk to the owner, Chef Lazaro Sanchez, who filled me in on the restaurant’s history, what they’re known for, and how they source their fish. I also tried some of their most popular dishes. Casablanca on the Bay is great for any occasion! They also do brunch and even host weddings and other events.
