Took my son there on a 2.5 hour drive just for the pizza. We LOVED it!!! Even though the place is busy and becoming famous, the price of the pie was honest...the owner and his staff were friendly.....Congrats to them for running a top notch business.

Alexandra, I've been trying to find where to get great chocolate chip cookies in either Miami or Ft. Lauderdale, without having to take out a loan. I bought my elderly Cuban neighbor a big selection of bakery from Versailles on SW 8 St. I bought a piece of their chocolate cake and one chocolate chip cookie for myself. The cake was not as good as it looked, and the cookie was hard, not the texture you'd expect from a good chocolate chip cookie. I'm sure most of the other items were very good, but was disappointed in those two items. I've found that it's practically impossible to get decent chocolate chip cookies. Publix bakeries don't really offer a good cc cookie. Grandpa's bakery in Dania Beach stopped selling their own baked cc cookies a few years ago. Now all they have are store bought Tate's cookies. These are very good, but it's kind of cheesy to send these as gifts, i.e. it's not what you'd consider to be a bakery item. Pinecrest Bakery (actually a Cuban bakery) has no cookies, and does not carry other items you'd expect to find in an American Bakery. Carolina Cookies wants 14.20 to ship a small bucket of cookies at 35.95 plus tax. That really adds up when if you're sending to 5 or 6 relatives. Let us know if there's anyone you know locally that has them. Thanks

Boston native. Very well done. I’d add a cruise harbor. George’s island is a nice destination or a commuter boat up to Salem, the famous witch city. An unknown gem is the mapparium at the Christian Science monitor. Stain glass globe large enough to walk inside. Located between prudential centre and symphony hall Well done. Love how you didn’t just go to Mike’s pastry. North end is much more than one shop!!

$12.25 for a large pie of that pizza is amazing. In my country we pay around $22 for very mediocre pizzas...
