A year in a Volvo XC90 D5: Things I love and hate

I've spent a year in a mark 1 Volvo XC90, and there's some things I wish I knew before I bought one, some things I didn't know that have been great, and a few design choices that are just plain annoying!
This brief video is a high-level summary of a handful of these things.
