At the end of December after some migraine and now I know little panic attacks and stressful days I decided to do something nice calm friendly just for me. Read a little, being creative in my limited talent or just going out to see the quiet spots of my city. I realised that I need to be alone. People and noises stress me out. So I work and after work I just do things for me and my fiancé.
I'm still working all this quiet life out but I need it this way

Beautiful video! I am going through a similar phase in my life right now. I'm tired of fighting all the time, proving something to myself and others. Constant competition in professional and private life. I want to let go, put the shield aside, not run anywhere. Just be, live. Learn to be here and now far from this blind rush for career and success.

The flowers encased in ice, the rising of the shot over the lake, the moon so large, and even the joy of the dog with you---you see with the eye of an artist, and you make the images flow together impeccably. Hello Leena and Joachim. "Is there anywhere we can go to get away from the voices and hauntings of the world at large?" It seems not, if even in Northern Norway, they still seemed to find you. I've been working to shut the world out and find peace within myself. It's like traversing a "Shock wave" region or the Heliopause of the universe, where the suns effects end and interstellar space begins. It's a very turbulent place. Give it some more time. And don't be too hard on yourself. Finding your own rhythm takes a lot of time and work. (Yes I know, WORK ??) ugh, I wish it was much easier. But where ever you go, there you are, right ?? The less we give into the dramas of the world and those voices that follow, the better we get, Yes? I hope you and Joachim are well and the pups too. It is February in Montreal, the worst winter month for us. 28 days now, and it will be March, woo hoo !!!

Beautiful Leena. We human beings are such wonderful creatures and we are here to learn through playing. Please do play and listen to your body and heart. Tuning into peace is more about un-doing than doing. Peace is already here within all of us, but we forgot and are so conditioned to believe that we need to look for it outside of us, that it will be there somewhere in the future. We also believe that we need to 'earn' a living, but life is a gift for all of us. It's the structure of our societies that doesn't work and only a few dare to break out of it.
Thank you for reminding us to slow down and listen to our bodies and hearts. And most of all being gentle with ourselves. I myself am very sensitive too and I feel very grateful for living in a relatively quiet and natural environment. 🙏🏻 My wish for everyone in here to be able to find more peace and gentle self-love in 2024. Thank you for this beautiful video, it brought tears to my eyes. As an autistic person who has tried very hard to fit into the busy career driven city life for the last years, I've noticed more and more that I'm not made for that. Videos like yours give me the courage to break free from it, starting with moving to a smaller city. My heart is so full of joy even thinking about it, that very soon I'll be able to live closer to nature and not between concrete and traffic noise. I really hope that one day I'll be brave enough to live like you, but taking the first steps in that direction feels so freeing already. Again, thank you so much and all the best to you.

I love all your videos. Your honesty and vulnerability along with the gorgeous scenery in northern Norway bring me to a place of calm and peace. Your music is always so beautiful.
Allowing ourselves the gift of self-awareness and healing is the only way to live our lives authentically. Be grateful that, although difficult, you are on your own self-help journey at a young age. Mine began decades later in my life. I am 62. The most intense, devastating, gruelling in depth work on myself began in August of 2022. You have begun yours much earlier. Because of your strength of character and decisions to do what is best for yourself, there are many situations you will deal with so much better because of what you are doing now in this moment. I wish you, Joachim and your beautiful fur babies a 2024 filled with health, love, opportunities and prosperity. You have EVERYTHING right inside of you to create the life you want for yourself. Believe in yourself. Keep doing the inner work. Push through the fear. Watch and wait with anticipation and excitement for what Life has in store for you.

I struggle very often with calming down and doing less or limiting my expectations, due to money issues and thinking of making a living. 🥺 I love my little boy and my little dog and my fiance and we support each other, but still I’m in my own world where I think I have to be constantly productive, otherwise we fall behind or my fiance has to take up all the load.
