- Having a sailable ship in Skyrim VR is amazing. Seeing Skyrim's coast and oceans in VR from the deck of your own boat is incredible. And I can't wait for the Skyrim modding community to make new islands and other pirate related content, because the hardest part is out of the way now. This boat really works, and is drivable in VR. You can walk on it while it's moving. Who would have thought... so yeah. Skyrim Boat.

Buccaneers is fun, but it's still pretty empty. It's got a good platform but I want more hahah
There's Buccaneers! which is like a pirate mount and blade but with a fairly decent vr mode.
I could see Sea of Thieves working in VR but the motion sickness will be unbearable

If Starfield will have spaceships, I don't see any reason why they couldn't use their vehicle code for TES or Fallout

A dude who made VERY accurate leaks for starfield also talked about elder scrolls 6 and said a similar system to the spaceship building will be there and let you make a ship and have a crew and go around the illiac bay.

If you want a full game like this, I would fully reccomend Buccaneers! Like this mod but with ship combat, customisation and boarding.
This just makes me want an immersive vr pirate game with amazing combat like blade and sorcery, the cannons would be so fucking fun to use.

They have one on side quest it’s ok the ship mechanics are pretty cool just super underdeveloped would love to see a sea of thieves like vr game
And for me who gets nauseous from smooth locomotion in vr, this mod comes with actual sea sickness too

This mod would work well with the Beyond Skyrim mod. Imagine traveling from Skyrim all the way down to anvil or valenwood in a boat, while maybe being attacked by sea elves(maormer)and pirates along the way.
This is why I love you, Habie. You'll dig so deep into Nexus to find gems like these and then share them for us to enjoy vicariously.
The purple was a texture issue. Its also a sign of your game is going to CTD at times because of VRAM. I get that a lot in old Skyrim cause I like 4K HDT babes. Todd Howard never took them into account in 2011.

Blade And Sorcery VR needs an update that adds oceans and pirate ships to ride on.
Imagine doing all this in Blade And Sorcery VR without mods while also fighting other undead pirates.

@@TheCangar What you've done so far is already super impressive. BCI is such an interesting technology. Btw if you haven't heard of it yet I recommend looking into Valve's new project, Project Galea. If what they're saying is true, it's gonna be the next huge technological breakthrough in VR

Habie!!!! If you liked this mod, check out "Dev Aveza" for VR!!! Its exactly like this... except its an AIRSHIP. A CONTROLLABLE AIRSHIP THAT YOU CAN BRING WHEREVER YOU WANT, WITH CUSTOMIZABLE EXTERIORS AND INTERIORS.
Edit: Its worth noting that you will need to control the airship with your keyboard or some other form of controller while in VR. Normal VR controller wont work for it. I used one of those smaller portable bluetooth keyboards and it was pretty easy even with the headset on. But all the controls are rebindable in the mod menu.

Valheim has an amazing modded VR integration if you're looking for more games to make you feel nauseous while sailing the sea.
I can wholeheartedly recommend throwing yourself off the edge of the world.
I'm literally running a pirate festival at the moment, I've literally only just got back in from work

Punji VR is probably my favorite vietnam vr game, its pretty barebones so far but the sounds and immersion is extremely well done even for a low poly shooter!
Try out Sail VR, it's really beta right now but is looking to be amazing. They are planning for multiplayer, but need the money for it. Patron version still goes hard. Multiplayer release is hopefully going to be next year. Litereally is Sea Of Thieves in VR, but it has a few things that make it unique.
Sail vr’s combat aint great. Theres a huge delay. Wish it were like Blade and Sorcery combat. That would be amazing.

I wouldnt recommend it. you will have trouble finding a server with enough people and it has such an incredibly toxic community. If you get your own server and just have people from your community or people you know join your server, then yes, its a very fun game. But just avoid playing in public servers, the few people still playing this old game are incredibly rude and toxic. Also, its not VR. (Also also, one of the popular servers is actually just filled with bots and no real players, they inject malware into your PC through the game, avoid their servers called 'MEGA')

i literally don’t keep track of days anymore during the summer, and every saturday i see that habie uploads and i think “wow, it’s already saturday” and that’s just how i track time now.

I always play Skyrim on timescale 10, because I used to this timescale in Stalker. What I didn't realize, that the flow of water and rain became twice as slower. I didn't notice it for years. Until few days ago, when I downloaded an Engine Fix Mod from Nexus. When I saw the water and rain flowing at the usual speed, I was really awed for hours.
Hope this mod gets the love and support in the future! great potential!

After playing with this and the trade routes mod in vr i have discovered tacking works in this mod you sail in zig zags up wind and you go faster basicallyhonestly awesome that the mod creator simulated wind effectively

Pinko VR, is a decent Vietnam VR game, still very early access, but has a horde mode and short campaign.
For full immersion, the boat should sway in the water and give everyone terrible seasickness
