I hate every protein powder I’ve tried, but I actually love the protein shakes from OWYN. Not the powder. The powder is disgusting to me. But the Cookies and Creamless and Cold Brew Coffee shakes they make are actually good enough for me to want to drink them. If you can get those in the EU, try them!
100%!!! I have tried every protein powder too but I now import OWYN. Absolutely delicious. The Cold Brew Coffee is amazing. Their Elite range is also insanely high protein for such good taste.
Seconding this. The chocolate flavor tastes just like regular chocolate milk! Well, minus dairy's fatty mouthfeel.
12-pk (of 12 oz each bottle) for $37 online. 20g pea/pumpkin/flax protein per bottle! They also have a 32g version.

I was a protein works die hard fan. But I’ve just had a baby who’s exclusively breast fed with a soy allergy. So I switched to Huel and love it. Not so much the vanilla but the chocolate fudge is incredible!
He talks about Huel at the end of the video, and not very nicely 😂

I just blend organic pea and organic rice proteins together (70/30) and add to whatever . my favourite combo right now is with carob powder and PB2 as a milk for cereal. Unflavoured is best for me as it can then go with whatever I want.
When I tell you, I was searching through your channel for recommendations TWO days go!! Damn son, now I’m going to be overloaded with protein

Bulk changed something in their recipe for the vanilla powder AFTER I BOUGHT 6KGs!! Now i have the same feelings as you had, 'it's not that bad but i also really don't like it' especially for the white chocolate + coconut. I am very grateful that you made this video because i was pretty sad and just out of options once Bulk changed their recipe...

My favorite protein powder is Earthchimp! Its is so good and I love the natural ingredients. I used Sunwarrior for a while, but got tired of that so sweet taste of stevia. I did like Vivolife salted caramel, but it is expensive
Glad you rated Form as well. It is the only protein powder I enjoy and have been using for years. Tried quite a few which all taste horrible, really wanted to like VivoLife but it is the worst taste. Would be interested to know what Fyta is like when it comes to the UK.
My favourite is the one from free soul. Not too sweet and has good ingredients.

Garden of Life makes an excellent "sport" one....Nutiva makes an amazing one....and Vega Sport Peanut Butter is excellent....all easy to find.....I've never had all these "exclusively online brands" because I don't trust them.....I tried to reach out to vivolife....they don't seem legit.
My protein powder of choice is the Vega Made Simple. It uses cane sugar instead of stevia which absolutely cannot stand.
If u live in the US and you want a stupidly cheap vegan protein powder. Go to the grocery store Sprouts. In their bulk bins they have pea protein isolate. It doesn’t have the best taste but for the price it’s honestly worth it. I usually blend it with a bunch of fruits and nut butters and u hardly taste it
That's the protein powder I use! I think their strawberry flavor is pretty good, and they have a limited edition blueberry crisp flavor (not sure if it's still available) that I really liked. But definitely good for the price, what some companies want to charge for protein powder is insane!
The Sprouts Salted Caramel Vegan protein is the absolute best vegan protein bar none! Sprouts products are 💯
I just use soy protein and blend with a banana and milk and it tastes great to me. I genuinely hate the taste of artificial sweeteners and also can't stand chalky textures
Fyta is my favorite in a hot cup of coffee in the morning

I have to try Vevo now. I would have liked your opinion on Vega all in one powder. I can get it for a good price here in Canada and I like that it has a lot of different nutrients on top of the protein. I like the chocolate one. I can put whatever green tasting stuff in my smoothie and I don't taste it. It just tastes like chocolate.

Tbh my favourite protein powder is from Vega Sport but it is soooo expensive that I just bought it like 3 times lol. The one Ive been taking since 2020 is a Costa Rican (I am from Costa Rica) brand called PowerLab who sells soy protein flavored vanilla and strawberry. It is also very cheap compared to other brands.
I really like the taste of sun warrior! So many vegan protein powders are just absolutely nasty.
And....we agree once more....Form is so good!!!!
Update!!! A friend just sent me info about this vegan protein called Gorilla... Will try soon!

I’ve tried vivo life and they tasted really healthy (?) and high quality but the taste was not good at all.
Vega is kind okay
prozis(I don’t know about the quality) really good, like if you mix it with a little bit of any kind of liquid you get a creamy texture 😅
Food spring ones are the best I’ve tried so far
I use tribe really good 4 to 5 ingredients
Proteinworks are cheap but tasty, the Vegan Wonder shake is amazing.
True Nutrition is my favorite. Their toasted coconut is 🤌🏻.
Truvani is my favorite. Bloody expensive though.

I am liking the Ripple brand single serving drinks. They are self care when I struggle to consume anything. They’re too expensive ($2/serving which has 20 grams of protein) but it’s better than not eating when executive malfunctioning 🤪

I prefer eating food for protein so I rarely use protein powder. But when I do, and for the last 30 years, I only buy Spirutein. It has pea protein and 100% of vitamins. More than regular vitamins available. Spirutein is on of the first and has tons of flavors. It’s not the best taste but it is not for everyday use for me. I think it is the best because the other powders don’t have much for vitamins. Eat real food people.

I was pretty close to addicted to one called… Truvani… real vaniiillllla. It was about $45 at W. Foods in Venice, CA. It counts as a good… not a supplement.
Love me regardless… I find it simpler to keep pea protein around. I have currently an organic ‘sports’ one from NOW.

I’ve never had a protein powder that wasn’t plant based I’ve been vegan for so long lol I wouldn’t know what that tasted like!! Sunwarriors my favorite I know I know some people disagree. I think Garden of Life is nasty.. lol

@@linnclassified5598 sure thing! If you don’t mind sweeteners, “body science” (mmsports) soy protein in the flavor “apple pie” is far the best protein powder I’ve tried! I haven’t been able to drink any vegan protein powder “as it is”, but this one is really great! I also like the chocolate banana milkshake flavor! The reason why I choose Form performance now is because it’s a bit less sweet and because I use it in smoothies/baked things! The apple pie from body science only works in puddings and with milk and water! Hope you like it!
Naked Shake (Amazon) is the best in my opinion - great price, good ingredients, best flavors, no stevia which tastes like vomit to me.
I genuinely don't like flavored protein powder. The sweetness is always overwhelming and the flavor not that great. Now i started to just take pure organic pea protein powder and mix it with banana and peanut butter. That shit hits different. It's way cheaper than any "normal" protein powder and got almost zero taste to it

Maca powder has resently become illegal in Denmark, due its effect on blood pressure. I'm wondering if Vivolife still puts maca in their protein powders?
What does it do to blood pressure?
Also curious about why maca is effecting blood pressure and how?

Huel is gross as hell. Tried the shake once, super thick hard to swallow and the taste was baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad
Are there any protein powders that aren’t really sweet? I don’t like the taste of stevia or super sweet things in general. If anyone has some reccomendation, please let me know.
I order protein powder from Gainful. The one i get is a mix of pea and brown rice. It comes unflavored, but they include flavor packets if you want to add them (I think all the flavors are gross, but strawberry is tolerable for me). I more often add the unflavored mix to my smoothies.
I would have loved to see how Viking by Venus Williams stacked up against these.
That one is disgusting! It tastes rotten if you don't drink it immediately. My nutritionist recommended it and I regretted buying it immediately. The pre made version is better tasting.
Why no raw sport i would argue Raw sport and vivolife are the real close comparison. Raw sport is almost the same ingredience as vivolife but slighty cheaper

my favourite vegan protein i’ve ever tried, is Protein Works! cheap, always delicious, and they always have sales on!
i also HATE VivoLife… like genuinely don’t think i’ve ever had anymore more disgusting in my mouth (and that’s saying something). i tried it with everything and it ruined it all. everyone i know felt the same, and it put people off vegan protein powders. i hated it so much i actually returned it and got my money back
I bought Sunwarrior plant collagen powder and the high stevia content was so intense that no one would even take it from me. It was so intensely horrible.
I like their OG plant protein, but the collagen one was gross!
Garden of life is the reason I figured vegan protein powders were probably a waste of time.
