How to use mock ups without photoshop

How to use my frame mock ups without photoshop. This is done using a free online editing software called www.pixlr.com

When I try to move the layers together, my layer disappears and I am only able to see the mock up frame. Am I missing something?

Hi Stephanie,
Are you using the .png file? The .png files have the inside of the frame missing, however the .jpeg files do not. So if you are using the .jpeg file for this that may be why it isn't working?
Let me know if it isn't that and I will have another look into it for you.

Thanks for getting back to me! All of my frame files are jpeg files. Not sure how to work around it :(

That's ok, sorry I can't be of more help. This video is showing how to use the mockups that I sell so it may not be the same technique with a different mockup.
If you can find a way to delete the inner part of the frame on the first layer (by selecting it and then pressing delete/backspace on your keyboard) then it should work :)
