► Hi, Family :) I'd love to have you join me for a Free Live Photoshop Workshop with Nas Academy, where you'll discover hidden Photoshop tricks and techniques that you're probably missing out on! You can register here: pix.live/nas, and you don't have to pay anything anywhere. I can't wait to see you in class; thank you so much for your support!
What if you have done some selective color manipulation in lightroom before doing this? Wouldn't that create an issue where you would be getting conflicting measurements? Maybe you set you midtowns cooler or warmer but not the white point/black point or any combination. I am trying to figure out my workflow. What to do in lightroom versus photoshop and in what order. Would love to see you do a full walkthrough on your workflow when editing a photo. basic editing, exposure, color grading, sharpening...
can you make some tutorials like instagram fashion influencers does like vintage , polaroid or disposable camera effects without those camera. You know these days people really like to see those kind of effects like the influencers make on Instagram. On youtube its just someone create a presets but its dosent fit on our photos. We want to recreate those effects using photoshop or lightroom>>>>>>>>>>>> You know what I mean! DISPOSABLE OR VINTAGE OR POLAROID . I WOULD PREFER CREATE DISPOSABLE EFFECTS. ON your youtube playlist there is no tutorial like those. I think it's time to create some unworthy but I think thats what people really want to make or atleast get more closer to those effects. I think your best explanation & technics will help it for sure. Do think about it.
Thank you always for explaining do-it-yourself methods before explaining automatic methods. This way we know what we're doing, and there's a time and place for each method. And thank you for your opening words because it's good to be reminded that we can all help one another.
This is what I like with Unmesh - he will not show everything just to have a finished project. But instead, he will teach you detail by detail until you understand the concept behind it. This will definitely open doors that ignite creativity of individual editors. Thank you so much! Sending strength from Philippines
I greatly appreciate how you take your time explaining things done manually to make people learning understand rather than just point out the short cut to provided automatic function.
I do photoshop for a living, designing for the film studios and yet every one of your lessons has something that teaches me. You have a stunning encyclopedic knowledge of the program
Hi, Esvin! I'm sorry you feel that way, and from time to time, I go through the same feelings when it comes to working. One of the things that helped me was knowing that it's much better to let your actions control how you feel vs. the other way round. All the very best :)
@@NovitecGG Been going through the same thing, but recently I've felt a bit of inspiration returning after having a glimpse emotionally of that early excitement of picking up a camera, experimenting, and feeling the joy of the hunt where you lose yourself in the moment. I hope that might make sense to you as well. Best
Unmesh, I struggle with depression and finding a creative voice through my photography & Photoshop is my therapy. You bring a joy to your channel, and your content never fails to help me feel better. Thank you & have a wonderful day!
Art is, for me as well, a world I can get deeply involved in - and learning new things is always uplifting for me. Unmesh's tutorials are so clear and understandable, they open new avenues for self-expression, which is SO positive. Erin, keep on creating!!!!!
Usually I kinda lazy to left trace or comment on tutorial video, but Unmesh's tutorial is different. Not just only like and subs + bell that I left, I saved his you tube video in my PC in a photoshop tutorial folder so I can rewatch and manage it based on category, and also become his patron in patreon (although only 1$ [hope I'll upgrade it in future]) it is worth it. I just want to Unmesh know that this is maybe the highest appreciation that I can give to him.Thank you for your effort and dedication of creating amazing tutorial video.
Perhaps a useful tip. While selecting the white or black dropper from the curves adjustment layer, you kan press ALT to highlight the most bright/darkest part of an image. This way you don't have to create identification for the black and white points if you're doing it manually.
now i can finally share what i want to see at the moment to people. i always play with an unrealistic tones of colour, but that's what id like to see at the moment. thankyou
I have plenty of scans that i felt overwhelmed of thinking of fixing manually, that this process makes me feel relieved, like i can finally make those older photos look properly.
Thank you so much. I haven't been feeling motivated to work lately, I'm currently going through a breakup, but learning new things like this make me feel better. Thank you.
I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm sure that your creative outlet would give you a rewarding purpose and happiness. From personal experience, I can tell you that we feel the happiest when we have created something that we're proud of. Please keep creating, and I'm sure you will feel much better.
Thanks! I stumbled on this by accident (I process astrophotography with Photoshop) and found new tricks I didn't know about - sliding the curves range to find black, white and grey points. Brilliant! And yes, giving the background on how to get there is much appreciated. I'll be back!
You tutorials are so high quality! I honestly can't watch any other tutorials after watching yours. Thank you so much for creating these free contents for everyone to learn!
I had a lot of fun watching this video! I was excited to know what is the fourth point and was highly engaged throughout the entire video, and a lot of 'aha' moments for me!
I hope one day you will start share with us your experience in other programs or fields away from photoshop, I'm sure it will be as perfect as your photoshop content. And many thanks for what you're offering to us, keep up the awesome work! ❤️
I don't know why this appeared on my recommendations, but I'm so glad it did! Thank you for this awesome tutorial, and also first explaining why it works before showing us the automatic option. Subscribed!
U are the reason People like me got so good in Editing with PS, just from watching these Tutorials also i think u had some Bad Times recently but u still keep creating these Amazing contents, Thank you so much for all the Work u invest to make us Grow all these years :)
Unmesh! You are brilliant! I love your mind and knowledge and the rare ability to teach that knowledge! Thank you for your time and effort to create these videos
I recently color-correct a gazillion slides for a friend - I wish I had know this BEFORE starting - this video would have been a real time-saver for me! Again, thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and love of Photoshop. I've become a "groupie"...
I really enjoyed this tutorial, the moment he said we can do it automatically and many of us are upset & angry, i really laughed 😄. I appreciate him for his hardworking and quality content. Actually I enjoy watching all of his videos 😁
Oh man Unmesh-bhai it's been a hot minute since I've watched your videos. Came back to the channel to check for something else and decided to watch this one. Your presentation keeps getting better with each successive tutorial. Fantastic stuff mate. Keep 'em coming and here's hoping we get to meet up if you're ever in my part of the country. Have a killer weekend.
As always...awe-inspiring! I'm sure that you've forgotten more about PS than most people know! Thanks for sharing and teaching...always a great way to start the day!
This feels much more precise compared to the color cast trick I have been using by sampling the color of the area which should have been close to white, making a solid color layer of it, and set it to divide. Making a few saturation etc. corrections after that. Especially the automatic option, which I did not know it existed, amazed me. Thank you for your great insights into the wonderful world of Photoshop as always.
this is probably the best youtube tutorial video I have ever seen... the way you explain and guide and teach is so engaging!!!!! i actually did not skip through and watched the whole thing unlike many other tuts! the way you write your videos and your tone is wonderful. i genuinely learned something just now. thank you!

Honestly, the quality and usefulness of your content is unbelievable. Thank you for all the work you put in.
Best color correction ever. I used to find middle grey / white / black a different way but this is much easier.
You are the best expert on the whole Internet hands down. Tim in Dublin Ireland
An amazing teacher who leaves nothing out of any explanation but processed logically and relatively.
