    Totally agree. Rapport building can be many different things. Just looking for reasons to talk about their kids and geographical topics isn't it. I try to relax things and not put a time limit on this stuff and allow the client to get the comfort they need without rigid calendar driven steps. They'll come around if you're truly interested in helping
