Sorry but the Shrike is not nearly that big. You can tell just by comparing size to Dr. Crusher's little scout ship. Memory Alpha lists it at 659 meters long, slightly longer than a Galaxy class.

From what i remember, according to the Star Trek Technical Manual the Romulan D'deridex Class Warbird was around 1300 m in length.

You have most of the sizes of these wrong especially the shrike. It was 659 meters long.
