Everything looked yummy, Shinichi! Those mini-cupcakes are perfect for those of us who love variety--I could have a couple of flavors and not feel that I overate. As for what food I'd like to see next...basically, whatever you want to eat. Any vegetarian/vegan options are much appreciated. ❤️

I miss Japan so much even though I've only travelled there one time back in 2019, visited Osaka, Nara and Kyoto. I miss all the food I ate there, the ryokan's course dinner and breakfast, all sorts of sushi and seafood from the market, takoyaki and okonomiyaki in Dotonbori and a really delicious handmade udon in Kyoto.

That meatball plate looks so good. I wish we had something like Susan’s Meatballs here in Chicago 😕
For lunch, I went to Blaze Pizza because I got a coupon for a free 11” pizza. So I paid about $3 for my pizza (I just paid for the drink).
Maybe you should try more street food in the future? I’ve been watching videos from “Korean Englishman” and it’s fun seeing Ollie and Josh go to markets to try the street food.

Nice that you can choose what kind of meatballs you want and that you have sauce options. It's sometimes hard to find meatball dish I like since I don't like tomato sauce. I think I would go got either the chili or mushroom sauce.
The steakhouse looks like a delicious option as well :) We do not really have food courts here in the Netherlands. I first saw them in th U.S. and I miss them ever since so I was so happy to see food courts in Japan.

I lived in San Diego before moving to Japan (Yokohama, a bit south of Tokyo). Generally, Mexican food here is…disappointing. Corn tortillas are hard to find (tortilla chips are around, but not soft corn tortillas). The portions tend to be very small, and the flavors just are a little underwhelming. Occasionally, you can find a good burrito, but they are few and far between.

Shinichi, what's the typeface you use for captioning this video? It's playful and fun and I might want to use it sometime for reasons. :) These meatballs look soooo good! It seems you had as nice an experience here as I did at a local Mexican place I visited for the first time this past Sunday. (El Paso Restaurant, in New Hope, Alabama.) I asked for chimichanga with their basic ground beef and it was fantastic -- perfectly seasoned. I realized upon having my first bite why this place had no hot-sauce bottles on the tables. That is some culinary confidence that I can respect. I will be going back, even though this place is half an hour's drive from my home.

I know there is at least one german restaurant in Tokyo but it is some kind of bavarian restaurant (Alps, Lederhose, Dirndl, big beer mugs, Schnitzel, Eisbein *sigh*). Would be interesting to see if they are german restaurants or bakerys which do something different and left all cliches about Germany beside. Maybe some North Germany cuisine? Would be really surprising. :D
