Imaging whatever you are really skilled at, and just some nobody with the tiny bit of experience judges you harshly.

This behind the counter was my favorite! The juxtaposition of the two workers who seem like total opposites but create a beautiful harmony in the restaurant was amazing to see. They work very well together and seem to compliment each other nicely.
Definitely gives credence to the saying "Soba connects people". Such a great dance they're doing in the kitchen, I can't imagine how the place would run any better with all 4 workers there - there doesn't seem to be enough room with how fast she moves around! 😁
