    Love this yoga nidra! Been changing how I approach life, choosing to regulate my nervous system with calm and peace vs my old way of vigorous exercise to start the day. Been crucial for my healing, slowness and gentle connection with body ❤

    This is a truly wonderful resource!
    I use these short nsdr-sessions during my workday to recharge and afterwards wim hof breathing to energize myself for next really focused session of work. This practice is really lifechanging.

    Thank you❤, it was beautiful, my thoughts arranged and I am more satisfied in life thanks to your yoga yoga nidras videos. I have one question, is yoga nidra better than small naps? And can i do yoga nidra in lotus posture? (I do yoga nidra in Lotus and I lean against the wall-every time it works for me, I see same results as when I am lying on the ground and also sitting in a lotus leaning against a wall) some yogis said me that is wrong but I see no difference, no problem. THANK YOU😊, what do you think about it?

      Absolutely you can do yoga nidra sitting. Some people say that you shouldn't because the body needs to engage muscles to sit up right, and it's meant to be effortless for the body. But I teach my students that there are many ways to practice yoga nidra. If lotus works for you, then that is great. Also, I personally find yoga nidra to be exponentially better than taking a small nap. It's an entirely different thing, and I feel so much better after practicing yoga nidra versus just going into an unconscious nap! I hope that's helpful. :)
