I'm just here to spread the love for MicroATX. nice build. mATX is just the perfect middleground between compact and function, while being even the cheapest
For a MicroATX build it sure does have a lot of trade offs.. like you have it use a SFF power supply.. it only fits a 240 rad, sure it looks dope but there are cases that are 6Ls smaller then then this one and can fit larger components.. this is a super niche case becauee it’s really hot that small but you Must spend up on all the SFF components.. they won’t sell many of these cases.. and in your graphics you saying that you don’t get a performance uplift from frame gen is just a lie when it comes to gaming you showed it in your graphs it’s massive…. And your making it sound like it only comes with a 4000 series card where I have DLSS 3 turned on with my 3080ti and the gains you get from frame generation are even higher on last gen cards.. thet goes for 2000 series cards as well.. other than that I doubt you use this build, im sure you will build something better and smaller that has the same or better thermals than that case.
Man I hate the naming system.. you’ll here people call micro and mini atx cases/ systems “Atx” builds.. and when did the word micro mean larger then mini. It’s just incorrect.. when something is truely small it’s microscopic, not miniscopic.. anyways cool build, that case won’t sell with all the trade offs you have to make and the price tag when there are much smaller “mini” itx board cases that are 9-14L that can fit everything in a much more compact and well thought out manner.. like for real that thing is not a small form factor case… it’s just not.
@@beefwantko7269 Have you even interacted with the SFF world at all? Most boutique cases are already in this price range. I myself have 2 sliger sm580’s which were $250 each. That’s simply the price you pay to support these small companies since SFF systems are a niche. It’s already out of stock lol. I’m actually considering this as my next case if sliger don’t release the v2 of the cerb x soon.

Can you explain your power connection setup for the GPU? I have the EVGA 850 Sfx PSU with only 2 PCIE 8 pins and just ordered the 4080 Super. Not sure how to connect the 3 cables from the GPU 12V HPWR to old ATX ports with 150 W max power. Any pointers would be appreciated
Absolutely loving this build! Did you need to get any other additional cables or swap outs? Also was wondering if the top and bottom fans are both intake and the rear is exhaust?
Just shows how insanely good these coolers are lol. I'm using the lian li air mini qith only 2 front fans and 1 rear aka stock configuration. My 4080 super strix never gets above 63c and my cpu never gets above 69c. Don't have the craziest cpu but it does its job still a 13th gen.
I was able to use a Honey discount code during tax free back-to-school weekend last year and got the 4080 FE for $1,070 out the door at Best Buy. Relieved to see performance is so close between the Super and non-Super, and glad anyone can just get it for $1k now! And this is just a gorgeous build. Similar to but even cleaner than my NR200 build.
It's deep in the winter and temps are still high as the sky for the cpu. Do you have a very insulated room or something? I can't imagine what happens in the summer... but i guess it wont matter if you have air conditioner on
Nice, do you think slotting an AMD GPU would be too much for this case given the fact they are relatively hungrier in power thus heat? I always get the same question when using these top bottom fan laid out cases. Thansk!
Great review as always! I have a case suggestion for you. I just ordered the Midori 5L V2. Based on your previous content, I think it’s right up your alley.
As a guy with my 2080ti still this was the first appealing GPU to me since and I might make the jumpe to a whole new pc now since it's been about 5 years, we'll see.
this matx case makes the same mistake so many matx cases make, in that it assumes you won't want to populate the fourth pci slot, so it doesn't leave room for both full-height fans below the fourth pci slot plus something in the fourth pci-slot. But if we aren't going to use the fourth pci-slot, why would even even need matx? Just for the 2 extra ram slots?
Magnificent job and build my friend one thing i notice is at the game's you testing is pure with out any upscaling technology accept allan wake 2 and the thermals do a great job keeping it cool in this build solid and effective great job.
I bought a UGREEN 160 block a few years back after my GPD Win Max block died. I'm pleased. My only gripe, at least with the old one i have, is that plugging additional devices in momentarily disrupts the power. So if my MacBook is using an external monitor and I plug something else into the UGREEN block, the video momentarily dies. Not a big deal though.

This case looks insanely good but shipping to the US is absolutely insane. $110 to come from China! I understand why considering the quality of the materials and ensuring it gets here safely but absolutely none of that cost comes out of the case itself. Damned shame. I was about to buy it rn.
A Thermalright cpu contact frame would DEFINITELY lower cpu temps. My 13900kf dropped almost 11c at load. Those contact frames are like $10. Either way beautiful build and I can't believe that case is THAT expensive 😂
