Ok. So, I will never forget, I was around 30 years old and I was sitting on the porch (out in the country, country) and I witnessed 2 dogs being stuck. Lol. It freaked me out!!! I was a little traumatized- I think I called someone and they had to tell me what was happening. Lol. I felt so dumb.
