    I had a double inguinal hernia operation using mesh about 5 years ago. The mesh has failed now on both sides. I assumed I was going to need a second operation but found your video on TH-cam and have been doing the exercises and all the pain has gone away. Do get occasional pinches but repeating the exercises usually restores me to normal again. Thanks so much for sharing.

    Basic planking while wearing a right side inguinal groin hernia belt completely solved my issue, and it didn't take long. I started off with doing 5 second planks for 5 to 10 sets. Gradually my holds became longer and the sets were from 3 to 10 depending on how I felt. Now I plank whenever I feel like it all through the day. I no longer wear the belt because I no longer have a hernia issue. Give basic planking a try, it could work for you as well.

    Hi George, I’ve stumbled upon this video and I’ve not been in a good place with my inguinal hernia, for one reason or another I missed the surgery opportunity but believe in my heart an inguinal can be healed ‘be it over time’ naturally, with specific targeted exercise.
    My current situation is pushing the intestine/lump in countless times a day but I notice when resting/sleeping my groin is relaxed and ‘flat’
    When lay on my back I’ve noticed raising my left leg and gently moving my body forward I can feel the lower groin muscle above my hernia tighten and it feels like this could get stronger .. occasionally, be it weeks apart, I’ve had an occasional terrible pinch pain which frightens me and makes me eat purer and take a break from specific foods.
    I believe eating purer & better will take strain and pressure off my gut/intestines and allow me to try these targeted exercises - in the past I’ve also tried perenium clenching like I heard you mention and plan to do these exercises every other day
    Do you think I’m on the right track? Thankyou for your videos as others say it can’t be done, blessings, Richard

    • @MyNaturalHerniaCure
      @MyNaturalHerniaCure  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yes, you are definitely on the right track! Reduce internal pressure (gas and bloating) with diet as much as possible, make sure your pelvic posture is correct, work on strengthening the muscles around the inguinal canal, work on hip mobility, and manage your stress (repressed emotions), and try to make sure the hernia is never allowed to poke out. These are the key points to focus on.

      Nice! That's good progress! Yea, just stick with it man. It's so worth it when you can look down and not see that lump. Mine's pretty much the same as the last update I made. It never pokes out and I don't feel any pressure. I just feel a little tiny bit of something when I'm in a forward sitting position every once in a while. Hard to describe how it feels. It's not pressure, but just something that tells me I have just a little farther to go. The feeling is up high like inside the internal ring. I still wear the Comfort-Truss when I'm working out or surfing etc. though just to be safe.

    This is great. Mine is very severe, my gentials agonise even if do any slightly strenuous activity, ive been to hell and back and my former life is over. Fasting, and this exercise are amongst my best for getting that wall stronger. One thing that shocks me though is the lack of focus on the importance of diet for these hernia problems. Thanks George❤

    • @MyNaturalHerniaCure
      @MyNaturalHerniaCure  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes, diet is super important, but it’s a tough subject because it varies so much from one person to another. What’s right for me might not be right for you. The important thing is to consume foods that limit bloating, intestinal, swelling and excess gas as these have the most immediate effect on internal pressure pushing the hernia out. All of that internal pressure is going to try to find a place to go and it will find the weakest point to protrude which is the inguinal canal.

    I think I get it...
    You breathe out to fully empty the lungs, then do what would normally be a breathing in action, but without letting any air come in?
    It seems like you are using the vacuume effect to keep the stuff in, and flexing the "cut off the pee" muscles to strengthen the muscles that are generally not exercised by most other activities.
    Again, thank you for posting good content like this. It has actually been most helpful!

    Honestly, this exercise is so intuitive, obvious and simple as to seem possibly too good to be true. But it works. I'm only three days into this exciting adventure and learning experience/test, and yet I can say that this not only helps but is easy to become conscious of and learn to maintain while doing your daily routine. Had to kickstart my bike a couple times (wiring problems) this morning and hacksaw some metal piping today. No pain. No hernia bulge. I am fully prepared for relapses, and whatever the future may hold, but keeping the hernia in while the body gets a chance to mend has to be a smart approach. Waiting for my truss to arrive in the mail for that very reason.

    • @philiplavere

      For the record, doctors told me 18 years ago after a sonar scan that I needed my gall bladder removed immediately. The hospital referred me to a clinic where the doctor on the phone assured me that he could get my gall bladder out in "twenty minutes'. I responded that I was sure he could get my arm off just as fast but that I wanted to keep both. I did. Found a homeopath who gave me afew pills to take and now 18 years later not only have I still got my gall bladder, but I eat rare fatty steak, bacon and plenty of eggs for protein when I train. I am now 60 and in the best shape of my life. All I need to do is sort this silly hernia thing out in the next months. If I can't, well, it won't be because I was lazy and didn't try!

    • @MyNaturalHerniaCure
      @MyNaturalHerniaCure  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great attitude! You’re miles ahead of most people just because of that. And what you said about being conscious of the muscles from the exercise is exactly what needs to happen. Have found that exhaling and pulling up is great as described...however, restricted inhaling at the end, as if you were inhailing through a very small straw allows me to go much longer, maybe 25 seconds, and my genitalia really move drastically upwards doing this. One more weird thing I've noticed, the FLCCC doctors are tracking the covid spike protein, and the mRNA spike protein and where it accumulates in the body. In women it accumulates in the ovaries...which is terrifying...but DOES NOT accumulate in the testes of men. However, when a man is a small boy, the testes are up in the inguinal canal, positioned much more analogous to where the female ovaries are for girls of comparable ages.
    Am trying to contact Bret Weinstein, and FLCCC about whether or not this strange accumulation has been noticed in these inguinal region tissues, rather than testes and ovaries. Ill try to keep you posted.

It's kind of opposite of one of the five recommendations of not hit the heals on the ground while walking. Others say in comments that they completed marathons with hernia so I don't know what to do and what not from my previous training. Push-ups I suppose are not a risk or are they? How about squats? Thank you for a great designed belt.

  • @ashokstrm

    A hernia belt is a must (Tynor and many good brands)and also wear a broad belt or strap around the waist, below the ilium (must during toilet). Avoid bread, iron-rich food, protien for first few months and switch to easy carb like rice with lots of veg and bananas. Watch out what to avoid in eating (even some veg) and doing (staircase, running, coughing). Seems these will help avoid a surgery if it's in the early stage. Good luck to all.

    George , I started eating healthy , I’m wearing your belt truss . Doing the exercise. My hernia doesn’t hang long anymore an it’s not as hard it’s soft . You think I’m on the right track . Anyway you could give us a video walk through how your hernia was acting step by step before you healed it

    Hmmm - between this video, and various other resources (online and in person), including ayurvedic to yoga to physical therapy, I hear conflicting guidance for the inhale portion of breathing exercises beneficial for inguinal hernia. All seem to agree on the exhale portion (just as you show in this video), but some seem to disagree with you on the inhale. Some say that on the inhale, you should strive to keep abdomen (esp. lower ab) drawn in (or at least relaxed), and NOT push it out (as you instruct at 1:10) - letting chest expand (push out), instead of stomach.
    The NOT pushing stomach out seems to make more sense to me (and is strictly instructed by Iyengar yoga practice), as pushing stomach out creates Intra Abdominal Pressure (IAP) that could force abdominal contents up against, or through, the weak inguinal hernia part of abdominal floor.
    With that in mind, why do you say it's good to push stomach out on the inhale? What does that accomplish that isn't accomplished by just keeping a neutral or drawn-in stomach during inhale? Also, do you think pushing stomach out on inhale does NOT create IAP that could encourage inguinal hernia?

      I think that each individual has to do what feels right to them. I do it this way because I am filling my lungs with air from the bottom to the top. Kind of breathing into the stomach, but not necessarily putting tons of pressure on the muscles. I'm sure there are a million different ways to do this, this is just the way I have done it which works for me. I never feel any extra pressure on the hernia site during the inhale.

    of course it´s possible to do this when you lay down. Right!? What about "reverse breathing". What is best?
