I have been carnivore for a year and half. I just recently started drinking a little raw milk. I absolutely love it and get great energy from it. I used to think I was lactose intolerant but now I think my gut issues had more to due with the crap I was eating than the milk because often I would have 2% pasteurized milk with food I blamed it on the milk. Look for vat pasteurized organic milk. It's heated less than regular pasteurized milk or ultra pasteurized milk (avoid the latter). Vat pasteurization retains some of the health benefits (although not all).
I don't know were you live but in Australia raw milk is nearly impossible to find. Until I found some in harris farm, its milk that has been pressurised in the bottle so you can keep it for a long time but still raw, never heated to keep all the good stuff. It's called Made By Cow

Electrolytes in liquids are much more bioavailable than minerals tightly locked up in proteins. I am carnivore and see too many people complaining of electrolytes problems. If I may offer advice as a healthy 83 year old, cottage cheese is no different from any other food. Just have a portion of what you love everyday and go for walks and you'll be fine. If you want cottage cheese, then go ahead and enjoy some. Yesterday I had a slice of pizza and a can of Coke for lunch and a pork chop and applesauce for dinner and then went for a walk. I feel great.

Where have you been hiding 😉..check out raw milk sites. Some states you have to find a farmer and its legal for them to sell small scale, or buy into a cow share where you get the milk from it. Also, I get from small scale in WI and also order from PA, where it just needs to be labeled for pet use in order for them to deliver outside of their state, where it's legal for all of them within that state. What state are u in?
