Thank you for this conversation. God bless you both. I loved the clips from the chosen season 4 I seen, and previous seasons of course. I’m looking forward to watch the season when it debuts in the app.
I think the actor from wizard of Oz that he's thinking of is Bert Lhare (bad spelling). We did that show three times when I was in high school for several different community areas. And yes I had my thespian certificate. I love the theater arts I am very taken with your acting abilities I'm sorry that I am not familiar with you previous. I don't really watch much TV though.
Was the sound editor away during this interview? I kept thinking my hearing was going with the little garbled bits.... LOL. Maybe if there was nothing wrong I am losing my hearing. Now all I would need would be Mr Troy as foley artist to provide the sound elements!
Patron saints are often those who we Catholics and Orthodox name our children. Is very beautiful to have a holy person that you chose to name someone after. I don’t think protestants do that there’s some beauty in these other churches you have to check one out Eli.
Regarding method acting possibly having dangerous effects: it is thought that the actor who played the Joker in Batman (can’t think of his name) stayed in character so long that it may have partially caused his overdose.
It sounded like there was a lot of good content, but it was difficult to understand because words just randomly kept cutting out. I tried the CC and it was terrible.
Feedback, Love your enthusiasm, Eli, but when you are interviewing someone, don't keep transferring to your screen shot while they are talking, we want to see the individual who is talking (you, when your talking Eli) and the interviewee when they are talking.
What did you think of this interview? How hyped are you to see Demetrios in The Chosen Season Four NEXT WEEK?? 🔥Let me know! 👇
Your show is maturing, and you're getting to be really good at this. I'm very proud of you.
Excellent interview! Demetrios Troy is so very interesting to listen to. Bravo, Eli!
I think that you do a good job in playing Lazarus ❤
Oh and Demetrius Troy is a fascinating interview - with such a vast experience base, and thorough background in character development.
So glad there’s a Greek Orthodox on the cast. That’s as ancient and original to Christianity as you can get.
That was an awesome interview! Great job, Eli!
There are at least 4 different Saint Demetrios in the Catholic/Orthodox Canons. That is so amazing about your family's tradition in naming.!

So very blessed to hear this interview with a Greek Orthodox Christian. I am wondering if the icon over his bed is his namesake, St. Demetrios.
Irving Lahrheim played the Lion. Professionally he was Bert Lahr.
I luv hearing him on UNSHACKLED
Did he actually say he did sounds, etc. for the radio program Unshackled...I love that program.

Heath Ledger😢
Bert Lahr played the lion in the film.

I’m not in control of that. It’s automated. Would put the camera on Demetrios the whole time if I could.
It was very annoying to keep jumping back and forth.
Too much back and forth with the camera. Wanted to hear Demetrius. Interviewer should be in background for most of it. Couldn't watch.
