I'm drooling! I gotta order up your seasoning blend good sir. I do thick cut pork chops in the same manner, steaks and chops do come out great on the griddle!
Beautiful piece of meat! Personally I'd go with pellet grill to 100 internal then finish on the griddle, but I would not turn up my nose at what you put on that board. Nicely done!
Can I get Huss seasoning from a store or just your store. I would love to try it. That steak looks great mid-rare. Love watching your videos. Whenever I get my Griddle I'll try one of your videos.
I'm looking to get new knives for my Blackstone. How do you like your Dalstrong knives. Have they held up well? I'm looking at the 5 piece block. Just looking for your opinion after long term use.
Thank you for giving me the confidence to grill my dad a Tomahawk this Father's Day. It will be my first attempt at grilling a Tomahawk. Could you please tell me the total cooking time? Thank you once again, Hussey.
Sorry I'm late to this party. I'm sure you've already nailed this cook and your father was very pleased!! Total time is around 10-15 mins for the steak.
Thank you for responding, Hussey. I seared the Tomahawk on both sides for a minute and half each, at 425 degrees. Then, I moved the steak to another zone that was set at 350 degrees. I finished grilling the steak at this temperature, flipping the steak every 30 seconds. I added olive oil, garlic cloves, and butter with olive oil as I grilled the steak. Total grilling time was around nine minutes. Once again, thank you for the content you create. Grilling the steak to near perfection was a very rewarding experience. I needed the win..lol. Take care.
How does your seasoning compare to CAVENDERS greek seasoning?Best ive used last 25 years on meat ,eggs, veggies etc, very little salt.P.S,go to a hardware store and get some electrical insulater in a can,its thick like glue and clean your press handle and brush or dip it and you will have a cool touch handle.
Matt - I tried using your Dalstong link and there is no discount being applied. After clicking the link it states at teh top "You are now shopping with Matthew Hus", however, no discount is being applied to my cart. Do you have a Promo Code that could be used?
I have to ask every video I’ve watched about this steak they have all been cooked rare why does nobody cook them well done because I left your house hungry if you serve me that is the meat that bad you can’t cook it longer what’s the reason
I love my ribeye on the Blackstone. You did a great job here, but you confused me. Somewhere along cutting the meat off the bone, you said something like, "This can serve plenty of people". What the heck is that supposed to mean? It's only one steak.
Wrong wrong and wrong. Have your thick steak to grill on a 800 F (or higher) BBQ for 1 minute each side or until almost blackened. Than, put the piece in the oven at about 200 F for more or less 10 to 15 minutes (depending on its thickness). You won't get a better and juicier steak... wihout the grey color on the edges. Medium-rare ALL right thru. I hope Hussey will change his ways aboout cooking a good steak.

If it’s some kind of deal they have going on they may not apply the code off at that point. Depends on if it’s on sale or close out, etc.
@@thehungryhussey Thanks...I ordered the 5-piece set today along the BBQ Pitmaster. I also let them know that I used your link.
Appreciate that my man! You’ll enjoy it for sure!
Very nice! Hope Maggie enjoyed the bone.

@@thehungryhussey Good to hear!

MY gosh! Is there anything that you cannot cook on a griddle?
There’s not a lot my friend!

Yes there’s other options and have cooked on other things too.
What bank did you rob? Steak prices are ridiculous.
What temperature
