  • Yoga is beneficial not only for your physical health but also for your mental health.
    While doing the asana,your attention should be concentrated and on your breathing.
    Before and after this Asana, backward aasans like Chakrasana, Setuasana, Bhujangasana and Matsya Asana should be done.
    People suffering from slipped disc, hernia and sciatica should not practice Paschimottanasana.
