  • Warrior 1 - Virabhadrasana 1 is a standing yoga pose named after a mythological Hindu warrior, Virabhadra. Virabhadrasana I stretches the whole front side of the body while strengthening the thighs, ankles, and back. This is a powerful standing pose that develops stamina, balance, and coordination.       Already subcribed. sure... i need to improve my flexibility. when i was kid i used to hold my toes while bending backwards up to my age of 15. now i am 38 i lost much of my flexibility. i will comment and try to practice... thanks for your reply
