There is nothing strange about you thinking about the Lord when doing hair, that just shows your love for God. We are a peculiar people, so that may be strange for some. I get it though, I think about Yahweh in many things too.

Oh my word YESSS! When I used to have my tiny salon in my house I found the EXACT same thing...I eventually decided that even our hair is like our fingerprints...unique to each of us. I NEVER, not once across 2 clients with the exact same hair...God truly is amazing that way!

I recently just ditched using oils on my 6 month old locs. No more oils for me. Just water and shampooing every 3 weeks with natural black soap that has honey and aloe in it :)

Microlocs are beautiful on you!!!! It was the best decision!!! I’ve been loc’d for 11 months and I really appreciate the journey…. I retwist every two weeks because I prefer neat locs without build up ….

This is such a beautiful conversation of God and hair. Thank you so much for sharing your experience and the amazing knowledge God has given you about the infinite creativity He possesses in just the texture of hair alone. Think about the amazing creativity He has in so many other areas too. He is altogether wonderful 🙏🏾

Your video popped up on my timeline and I’m glad it did. I’ve tried locking my hair more than 5 times but gave up each time due to an itchy scalp and flakes😩 I love locs because they’re low maintenance. My baby girl has them and they’re beautiful. You made me want to try one last time to see if it works(especially with the shampoo you suggested). I’m tempted lol. Thanks for sharing your journey and Jesus❤️

I’m going to ride this set out. Also, I had been going back to forth about interlocking and twisting. I’ve also decided to just twist. I like the fullness it gives vs interlocking. Plus my interlocking only last a couple weeks.

    Hi!
So, I was natural for 4yrs. Then just put perm on the ends to I can have a more flow, less brittle & less intense on the course texture.(I want sister locks & wanted it to look like yours a bit)
I'm not happy I've done that & want now want my natural back..
It's been 2 days. If I don't want to do a big chop. Can I just use apple cider vinegar each time I was to remove the relaxer?
    Or
    What would you recommend?
    Thanks🙏🏾😊
