This is like really beautiful, graceful pilates. I loved loved loved this class. Even thought I'm not a dancer, it was really fun to change the workout focus from pilates form to ballet technique. Gets into different muscles and challenges the brain in a new way!

At first, I thought it wasn't hard enough but by the end, it all added up. Was nice to do something different other than a typical strength/barre workout. Will definitely be repeating it!

I’m really enjoying doing this in preparation for going back to Irish dance next week ❤ it’s an awesome alternative to standing workouts as I’m recovering from shin splints! I had to look up what a tendu was 😂 please do more long, intense floor workouts for dance form! I’d also love one on ankle strength!
