Is unbelievable how ver excersises have modified my old body. My arms hard to extend now aré longer my back day by day was deformed and now I am extremely happy to notice that I am endeavoring my corpse. I was student during 10 years with very important prof but the life push oneself very far from dance and now I commenced to look at the videos and finally a Miracle ...I Challenged myself to prove if I was capable to begin excercises and I amhere again at home in a large room with the mágic of Khoreva technique. Dear Maria, you`re videos and classes are so helpful! Do you have any stretches for IT band and outer hips? These are always so tight for me and I´m looking for some stretching exercises. Thanks for all your work and lots of love!! =)
Look into some massage techniques such as using a tennis ball as a pressure point to softly stretch that band while lying on the floor. Also if you have perhaps scar tissue you can have a Massage Therapist do some cross fiber deep massage to help break that up and lengthen the new fibers.
Is there simple exercise in ballet that's strictly for females? Is there anything a male would look ridiculous doing? I'm just beginning, and it's embarrassing enough but physically so relaxing and rewarding I've said life's too short not to.
Maria's technique is so pure... Any student can improve just by following her. Her movements are precise and clear. I love her.
