- I hope you enjoy this 55 min Full Length Mat Pilates Workout. You won't need any equipment for this total body Pilates class where we take the time to strengthen, lengthen, and breathe deeply.
You'll begin with a gentle warmup before progressing to a well-rounded Pilates workout. The class ends with standing Pilates exercises and balance work for an effective session for body and mind.

I agree Jessica! Not found another teacher like it on TH-cam. Love the flowing challenge that is offered for people with more experience of Pilates, the creative and mindfulness of the movement and the incredible guidance. Trifecta is now part of my daily Pilates practice!
Great class to do in the morning/noon, with moments to stretch and breathe in between. Also a nice warm up to learn the open leg rocker with stretched legs. Nice class to come back into pilates!

This was perfect just what I wanted. I'm trying to get back in shape after not exercising regularly for a long time. But I don't feel wrecked after this. I feel like I got a really good workout and I feel energized.

I enjoyed this one I learned a lot of new things. It was a bit difficult for me at times but it was an overall great experience, it really helped my lower back, i can bend over without any pain now yay!!! 🎉🎉🎉

That was brilliant Beth thank-you. I’ve been just doing very light short videos gradually recovering from subluxation collarbone and first rib and at last I’ve felt well enough to mostly tackle this WITHOUT plush ups of course. Have a great day!

Good routine without any extra equipment. I could only make it to 35 mins with my long covid, today just wasn’t my day to power through, but I got a lot out of what I did! I will go back to this one and work on completing it in full in the future. Thank you!
