Very professional. I love your reminders throughout on proper body alignment for doing the work correctly. Keep up the good work!

Excellent! I like the idea of repeating the set of exercises, but adding some challenge. I've enjoyed the mind-teasing exercise (arms moving then biceps curls). Thank you!
Did this one and will do it again. I liked the body keeping still but arms moving. I am very bad in synchronicity but this miraculously went quite well. I have no baby weights but it became a bit challenging nevertheless. Thank you again Beth.
I just finished it. I challenged myself and did the 5 lbs. It was a great workout. Those brain teasers confused me but after doing a few I got most of them. We need those teasers to stay sharp! Thank you Beth!
