    I love how this class just sings along. The mix of weights and balance work keeps me on my toes (in every sense!) and makes the class fun.

    I love this work out. And you Beth are the best Pilates instructor ever. The progressive movements are the most important in any workout to prevent injuries!! Keep up the good work!

    Loved this arm workout ! I’ve done several of your Pilates classes now and I have to say, I think your are one of the best Pilates teachers out there. I can tell you really know your stuff! Very professional. I love your reminders throughout on proper body alignment for doing the work correctly. Keep up the good work!

    Loved this arm workout I have been looking for a challenging arm workout and I will be definitely adding this with another session I like that the balance part was added in Thank You Beth

    I loved this arm class. Used 2 lb weights. I did this after a 30 min full body class. Great combo. Thanks for these wonderful classes 😊

    Excellent! I like the idea of repeating the set of exercises, but adding some challenge. I've enjoyed the mind-teasing exercise (arms moving then biceps curls). Thank you!

    Did this one and will do it again. I liked the body keeping still but arms moving. I am very bad in synchronicity but this miraculously went quite well. I have no baby weights but it became a bit challenging nevertheless. Thank you again Beth.

    I just finished it. I challenged myself and did the 5 lbs. It was a great workout. Those brain teasers confused me but after doing a few I got most of them. We need those teasers to stay sharp! Thank you Beth!

      That's for sure. The first time I tried that before filming it certainly was challenging for coordination too.
