Also, the homes were built separately in the 60s, then combined later on. That’s what the layout is a bit different!
What's the dredged depth at the deeded dock? I'd need 8-9 ft @ low tide.
This property's control depth is 4ft, canal depth near the deeded dock is around 6ft. However, the Lower Keys max control depth is around 4ft, most are around 3ft. What kind of boat do you have?
You do not want to be sailing in the Keys with a boat that drafts 7 to 8 feet. Your options for getting close to land will be very limited.
