Yes, there are several restrictions with rentals in the Keys. The main area that allows weekly rentals is in the City of Marathon. However, feel free to call me so I can explain more in depth. :)
Right?! It’s stunning and the views are amazing. The first bedroom does not have doors on it, but the other two doors. I believe they planned to make that bedroom more of a multi-purpose office/workout space, so they left it open. Buyer can decide how they’d like to use the space. You could easily add doors (or even barn doors!) if you wanted to though. Thanks so much for watching 😊
@@FLKeysMadeleine Yeah, besides the one (truly, one) at the Blue Hole I've never heard of another gator in the lower keys. In the Blue Hole the top few feet of water are mostly fresh with (heavier) salt water below in the deeper portions. A couple of really tiny fresh-water bodies on Stock Island, but no gators are there. Gators can't survive in all the salt water.
If the rest of the Country ever figures out that snakes, alligators and hurricanes are not much of a worry to Floridians, everybody that loves year-long warm weather, warm water for diving, snorkeling and saltwater fishing and the outdoors would be living in Florida! But, with homes at $750,000+, I guess more than a few have figured the appeal out! Rats!!!

Such a beautiful piece of land
Right?! Gorgeous nature preserve 😍 plus the owner just had the trees trimmed, so now you have even better open water views!
is there restrictions on some islands as to if you can rent it out weekly

Would you give an estimated annual property tax amount? Luv your presentations!
Hi! Of course. Taxes at this purchase price (not homesteaded) would be around $21,145/year. Thanks so much for watching :)
This is a beautiful home. I didn't see a door on the first bedroom you showed, are there doors on all three bedrooms? Thanks

Right in the middle of gators and snakes!!! Awesome! hahaha
Haha, never seen a gator this far south! Mangrove snakes, sure- but those are harmless 😀
My absolute dream property, (although I would prefer Grassy Key), but alas I am 1.8M shy presently. But, I have a plan:)!@@FLKeysMadeleine

I mean I like all the animals that want to kill me n eat me as much as the next guy but the amount of mosquitoes must be crazy
Yeah, bugs will happen in nature. The Keys treat mosquitos regularly, but can’t get them all!
Isn't there aligators or snakes out there?
Alligators, nah. Snakes, probably some mangrove ones- fairly harmless!
That accessible bathroom is amazing! !
I know, love that! The elevator is accessible too!
As a bonus, we'll throw in a few pythons and alligators. Be careful out there Madeleine! ✌
Haha, have never stumbled upon those in my time here. Thanks for watching!

I've never seen one out here. Crocs are mainly in the Upper Keys.
Bobcats say meeowwwww
Oh wow, haven’t seen those down here. Have you?
way to far from the water.
It’s a two minute walk, beats some people having to take vacation to get to it! 😊
Couldn't pay me enough to live in meatball's state.
