no land ownsership?

Hi do you have any properties at this location that are just for RV hook up. For sale not rent?

I mean, the location is great. The house itself is probably worth about 400k in materials on the mainland, but I suppose inflation, the limited potential for future development given the lack of supply and size of key west, and the process of shipping everything from the mainland down the overseas highway drives everything up exponentially. I would need to sell three good properties in Charlotte to be able to buy something like this.

When you have to build homes on stilts.. something tells me you shouldn’t live there,

I see too many missed opportunities in the design of this home. Blunders, like the direction of the door that opens onto the master bedroom balcony was completely overlooked; very small windows; a long, very narrow laundry room behind the kitchen - and on the opposite side of the house in relation to the bedrooms: no tub; no fireplace; the lack of parking space beneath the house (due to the placement of the stilts); limited storage in the main living area, no elevator, etc. The low ceilings also give the house a very closed-in feeling. The stone (?) flooring throughout make it feel very cold and sterile - like walking around the lobby of an office building. For $2M, this house was rather disappointing.

Just try to remember the good things the good times that you had with it Dog I think it would be better. It’s always better to celebrate someone’s life than it is to mourn forever I know it’s hard. I lost my mom my wife one of my kids my sister. I know how that feels because an animal is just like part of the family
