      Hey! Awe, fun! I would recommend our vacation rental unit (www.itrip.net/key-west-vacation-rental/j-ferrara-9), but we’re already booked for this year’s Fantasy Fest. Similar to what the other individual said, I highly recommend booking well in advance because things book up quickly for that week! Anything on Airbnb/VRBO that is in Old Town/near Duval Street is your best bet.

    Not the least bit disparaging, 'cause I really like it, but this is what happens when very intelligent hippies have money. 3:21 OMG look at all the ready made, fully dried firewood! That's a real resource because you won't get nuked by the EPA for destroying mangroves. That upper deck would be a fantastic place to have a really good telescope. No light pollution. However, not mentioned: Power, water and sewage. How are they provided and disposed?

      i know you said its $1100 for flood rate insurance but what about the other insurance ?

      Hey! So sorry for getting back to you so late. We don’t have the wind insurance rate (I believe they self insured), but I’d guess somewhere around $5k-$6k for wind a year. Homeowners is around $1500/year.
