In terms of Literature, Bardock is the tragic hero. His heroic actions lead to his doom only for his legacy to finish what he couldn't accomplish.

You have to think about the way that Bardock was likely raised. He grew up as a member of a race that has historically taught their young to kill and fight to prove dominance. It's no surprise at all that Bardock would reflect these traits himself as he got older. Despite this, though, Bardock still cared about his fellow saiyans. He didn't disregard his comrades as weak, and he didn't abandon the saiyans to die when he foresaw planet Vegeta's destruction, he wanted to stop it from happening. By saiyan standards, he was a goddamn saint.

Bardock never cared about Goku until he saw a vision of Goku going against Frieza. Goku never cared about Bardock cause he never met him nor does he ever intend to know who his parents are/were.

He literally died in front of his son who was 4 years old!. something I've noticed with a lot of fans is that they don't seem to understand that the moral code for saiyans and humans are completely different. To them there's no use for concepts such as love, compassion, empathy or even good and evil. All they cared about pretty much was about having a good fight. They wouldn't care if they're allies or enemies as long as they get to fight (that's what makes them interesting as characters in my book, but sadly that aspect has been subtlety retconed as years go by, maybe to appeal to a more mainstream audience, idk). So yeah, they're morally grey compared to humans and pretty much wouldn't care for each other. That's why Vegeta has no qualms killing Nappa or why Bardock is ashamed of Goku's low power level.

I don't see why so many people don't already know this. Goku and Vegeta have stated multiple times throughout the sagas that they don't care about the saiyans. Hell there's a scene right before Goku and Vegeta are about to fuse where they talk to each other about the saiyans and their legacy. People need to understand that the saiyans were villains. They wiped out entire civilizations of innocent men, women and children. They were just as bad as Frieza. From the words of Goku himself we should forget about the saiyans and start focusing about the new race of saiyan half breeds.
I want a family reunion, Goku (Kakarot), Bardock, Raditz and Gine! It would be so cool! XD

All of those questions that you asked are ALL answered either in the series or with just basic common sense.
If they did wish back Planet Vegeta, and the Sayian Race, it would would be at the moment of their Deaths.
Minus Freiza being there.
They would still be a blood thirsty race,
They would cause Goku and Vegeta a lot of major problems and wouldn't really be worth wishing them back.

The saiyans has a very big loyalty to King vegeta and his son. I dont think that they would defy vegeta and go against vegeta and considering that he has achieved God form their respect and loyalty would grow much more higher that even his father would lend his crown to vegeta and it would be a childs play for him to tell the saiyans not to attack other planets and Earth.

I read that the reason bardock is cares more than the usual saiyen is a result of Gokus mother Gine. She was soft, gentle and compassionate and that had an affect on Bardocks personality. Unlike most Saiyens Bardock and Gine had a strong relationship.

Goku has his father figures in Grandpa Gohan, Master Roshi, King Kai, Old Kai and even Whis to a degree
Even though Vegeta didn't show any emotions at all towards any of the Warriors or his family until the 7 year gap after cell. I always felt he had a lot of unspoken respect for the earth fighters after the Frieza fight.
I don't know why, but vegeta has always had a bit of a soft spot for Gohan.

Saiyans have tunnel vision and one empathy issue or another. They all have a hard time thinking beyond one-track and don't have complex existential thoughts. Even when Frieza took over the planet, none of them really cared and were all focused on the next fight. I think this made it really easy for Frieza to conquer them. When they had kids they didn't care, they weren't connected enough with others to have relationships, and were almost completely designed to focus on immediate fights. They don't think about the past or future either unless it's a short frame of time related to whatever it is they have tunnel vision about. Vegeta is the most obvious of the major heroes in this regard, but what people don't notice is Goku is the same. Goku isn't driven by personal connections to people, but a broad sense of right and wrong. Everyone is a good person and a potential friend, but he doesn't understand what drives his friends (and enemies) as individuals..nor does he care. His focus is completely on righting wrongs and where he can't see that immediate narrative, he doesn't seem to care at all. He can spend long times away from his family and friends and be completely unphased by it, the extent of people's evil always catches him by surprise, he doesn't understand or care to learn people's motives. He and Vegeta both think like 9 year old kids. Vegeta doesn't care about his planet because frankly no Saiyan ever did nor do I know if they could. It's only when the Saiyans are mixed that you start seeing complex feelings and a focus on what 'other people think'. Gohan goes through complicated emotions that Goku doesn't understand, Trunk has layers of feelings about his life, his dad, and his self that Vegeta can't even see etc. Raditz doesn't think twice about landing on Earth and killing his own brother despite being part of a dying race, Vegeta doesn't have an issue killing Raditz, Broly is Broly, King Vegeta more or less sold out his entire planet, Bardock doesn't care about his son until he's 'cursed' to having empathetic thought. (sorry for the book)

also nappa never killed tien, chiaotzu or yamcha. Yamcha got exploded by a saibaman because he sucks, chiaotzu comitted suicide to try and kill nappa, and tien used all his energy on one attack. The only one he really killed was piccolo, and he was already brought back.

Why is this a 20 minute long video? There's a very simple answer to this you know. Goku's never met Bardock, so how could he care about him? And even if he knew him, he'd probably have the same opinion he had of Raditz. They may be blood, but he's a murderer.

Really depends on the religion. In some religions you can sin as much as you want. The only requirements are that you believe in God and repent for your sins. That's it. But there's no omnipotent god in the db universe as far as we know so it's likely not the same

How could goku care about a man he never even knew? for all goku knows bardock is just another evil saiyan, like nappa or raddits. Vegeta could never tell goku about his father because he either he probably never knew him. Or never heard how bardock attempted to rebel against Frezia which was one of the only good things he did.

Okay, I never had a relationship with my father or mother. I grew up with my grandparents. They were my "parents" even though I always refused to call them that or anything similar. Despite having a parental figure in life that you love and care for, in place if parents who never had a relationship with you, you still eventually think about your real parents and have a sort of love for the idea of them being back and everything being great and perfect.
It's funny looking back at this now knowing that Broly actually was one of the new Sayians made for Super.
Its not about him caring about his dad, but it would be cool if goku got curious, to see how powerful his parents were, and even maybe might want to pick his fathers brain about saiyan customs and such.
I think I know why Bardock fought frieza head on, he didn't know The Dragonballs even existed, and he didn't want his family to end with a terrible and horrific fate, he did ask others to help him fight against frieza, but the others thought he was just going insane, and decided not to help him, so he couldn't have just went to another planet, healed up and came back because Planet Vegeta would already be destroyed, the only option he had was to fight for his race, and what needs to be understood here is that Bardock acknowledges his race, and he doesn't want to see everyone die, so he fought frieza head on, and at the end he was laughing because what frieza didn't know, is that Bardocks son survived, but I think he didn't know because Goku's power level was so low it wouldn't be able to be read and flicker on his scouter, which is why Bardock was laughing, knowing his son would be alive and finish the job his own father couldn't finish, but that's just my general idea of what happened, and why things turned out the way they did.

I would simply want an interaction between them, via afterlife, alternate dimension, etc. Simply being put, i want the whole "What if" scenario to be put up, be it the fatherly Americanized Bardock, or the original. I would simply find it interesting.
Vageta cares a bit about the Saiyan race, because when Goku first started to fight Frieza, Vageta was talking to Goku about what Frieza did to there home planet and he started crying. So at least back then he cared, I don't know if he still cares that much anymore.

Goku also knows the Saiyans were generally evil, and Vegeta is probably too busy focusing on his own strength to care about reviving the Saiyan/Planet Vegeta - Probably lost his desire to dominate/rule the galaxy

Random Canadian Kai o Ken is different. while we wouldn't pronounce Kai as the Japanese do , it is named after King Kai, so it's a proper noun, so we pronounce it how we pronounce his name.
English dub has confirmed it's Rosé (Rose-ay). Which kind of fits I guess with the whole connection between the names of Gods of Destruction/Angels and alcoholic beverages.

If I don't know how to pronounce a word, I just follow how the individual alphabets are pronounced. So Saiyan I pronounce SA EE YAN. Doesn't always work but it serves me well enough in my travels.
Goku met his father through spirit from being able to communicate with spirits and people living telepathically. This is shown many times throughout the series and as well as "The Bardock movie/episode" where he tells his father through one of his flashback abilities; "You don't have to be like him" he says to Bardock before he dies in his final face off with frieza. Meaning that he can still have a change of heart and turn good because he knew that his father was a murderous saiyan like his brother raditz and their whole race working for frieza. And when Goku says he doesn't care in the English Dub he's not saying he doesn't care about his father, he's saying that he doesn't give a fuck if frieza saw his father or not. I'm pretty sure that Goku would be in shock to see his real father, and in excitement from meeting him and to be able to spar with him. They both would be thrilled to fight like all saiyans do. And I'm not sure what he says in the original jp version of the series.. i'm pretty sure it wasn't idc or did frieza even mention his father I will check..
Saiyans generally don't form close relationships with family or openly show affection. It's stated by Toriyama in an interview that this is the case.

Only thing Goku and Bardock have in common (besides the hair and race) is their resentment towards Frieza.
Also, the 'stupid' death was more of his final confront. He was beaten, he was weak, he was barely able to stand when he went to warn the others that Planet Vegeta was doomed. He knew the end was near, and his final confront was his 'We quit' assault before Frieza could launch his 'You're all fired' genocide.
I actually think it would be cool for the two to meet.
