I am soo thankful to have found your channel! I realized I’ve always been holding myself back in my practice and been too scared of injury or falling to try a pose to its fullest. But the moment I got to the end of the video, I finally realized how far I could get into a split, furthest I’ve ever thought I could! (Almost all the way down) so thank you so much Charlie for the amazing work and content you bring.
I can't post a picture but at 51 I'm going to take the progress I've made as a win. No splits but I started on blocks and in incredible discomfort. Now I'm off blocks, still supporting myself a good for off the floor but it has increased my flexibility and strength for other moves so an around win although I've plateaued now. Bit by bit....

I learned to love keeping my back knee up during lizard from you, Charlie! Really helps to release the hip flexor. I like how this practice demonstrates a strength-focused, unassisted descent into the splits. One of my favorites. Thank you! Namaste!
Hi Charlie, many thanks for your wonderful classes. I am 70 yrs old and still make progress in my moves and flexibility thanks to your instructions. I benefit a lot from them when kayakking and climbing in and out of my boat. Also my stability has improved tremendously. Thanks again from the Netherlands!
the first day i did this my right splits, obviously with more practice that was already put into it. i’m trying to get me left splits for competition at dance and this is definitely helping me a lot!

Is there any way you could don21 day challenges for other yoga asanas… Such as dancers, crow well all of them …. I really think it would be a massive help.. Hey Charlie, I just did this video and it felt amazing! I get into front splits everyday so I can maintain it BUT super guilty of not doing the stretches like you have showed in this video before getting straight into it 😝😅. So today when I did it, it felt really nice. Will there be a possibility for a challenge for side splits? 🙏😬 thank you so much for all these amazing videos all the time ❤️❤️
