  • Welcome to this 20 minute Morning Yoga to set you up for the day. Join me for just 20 minutes to set the tone for the rest of your day. We will be moving fairly quickly as we only have twenty minutes but I promise you will leave this class feeling like you've done a 60-minute flow.
    This class is crammed full of movement and incorporates the whole body so your shoulders, spine and hips will all get some love. Practice this class whenever you have a busy day ahead and need to set yourself up for success, I promise you won't regret it.
    Taking time for ourselves before the busyness of the day kicks in is so important. If you ever feel like you've rushed straight into work before giving yourself time to get ready for the day then this class is for you. Join me on the mat as we move and breathe together in this dynamic 20-minute yoga flow.

    Enjoyed this morning yoga practice Charlie.
    I especially love going from upward facing dog to downward facing dog - my body is telling me 'i love this!' 😀

    This is the ultimate best morning yoga sequence to me ❤ very balanced, not forcing power, minimalist with sound and cues, makes it much easier to focus on the flow and the breath. Thank you so much for this!

    Wow! Awesome sequence! It was a challenge for me but I got through all of it without too much modifications. I like the 20 minute classes. I work full time and my yoga practice starts my day off perfectly. Thank you!😊

      Hey Amy thank you so much I use a ride wireless pro I think it’s called. It’s comes as two black squares, one attached to your camera and the other you clip onto your clothing x

I am saving it to my favorites :)❤️ I read in Your newsletter that you got burned out trying to make such much new content for us :( just rest and take care of yourself and take things at your own pace. You have given us SO MANY videos to keep us busy. We can always go back and re do our favorites!
