A Humboldt local here, I can tell that Ron's report is accurate as we feel safe living in a small city like Humboldt, and we're not that far from Saskatoon. :)
I grew up in Prince Albert but spent a ton of time in Humboldt as I worked for almost a decade at the nearby mine. Can concur it was a very safe city, especially compared to my hometown..
Hi ron, i've been watching your videos lately and i am currently residing in Yukon where condos are valued at approx $300k up while townhouses $500k up. After watching your videos, i am very much convinced to move in Sask but my concern is I wanted to maintain the province vibes but easy access a good healthcare system (minimum with dermatologist, heart specialist etc) Do you think Humboldt would be also be great choice on that?
Hey there! Thanks for checking out the videos. Health care’s a bit out of my scope, I would tell you that Humboldt is 1hr from Saskatoon and that’s likely where you’ll find your medical specialists. You’ll love the real estate prices in Humboldt compared to what you’re seeing in the Yukon!
