I am still undecided so this channel helps. I retire in 4 years and don't want to stay in Ottawa. I've considered Windsor, Chatham, Welland and London. I am leaning towards a rural London town like Strathroy. Windsor has 1.81 percent property tax which is high. I am also concerned about flooding.
Thank you for this video ladies. I am hoping to move to Windsor this year to do my MBA, so I really appreciate the information you provided about the city. It reinforced that that city was a good choice for me.
Please do your homework. Rent has skyrocketed in Windsor since 2017. The figures in this video are very low. Units in my building (which I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy) are $1800 for a 1BR, and $2200 for a 2BR. 2BR houses are renting for $2400-2800/month. Unemployment is very high and wages are low. If you're happy working in fast food or retail, there are lots of jobs, but those won't cover rent. House prices have nearly tripled since 2017.
I was born and raised just by Trois-Rivières and I wasn't expecting it to be on there. Cheap housing might also make it a good place to go to university to since it'll be so much cheaper than Montréal or Québec.
😄😄 I never thought someone from polonaise where I live in Trois Rivieres would post here . But I moved from Montreal to find here cheap rent in a Mile end looking appartment at the polonaise area. I speak french like everyone here. Only been here a year , you notice many people with mentl issues , or drugs but I find them quite friendly. I'm happy here retired and spend 6 months a year in South America.
Trois-Rivières is probably the cheapest city where to buy a house in a Canada but it’s not close to Mont-Tremblant. According to Google Maps Tremblant is 240 km and 2h37 away from Trois-Rivières. And French is mandatory if you want to make friends and be happy there.
$700/month, ELRL 2 br apt in Elliot Lake ON., utilities included (hydro subsidized), cable extra, on site laundry, $3/load, and 1 parking spot included with year round hydro included.
American tourist never made Windsor feel dirty. It’s the high level of homelessness. The American tourist were part of what helped maintain what used to be a higher level of services to the residents.
Rent in Halifax not that low anymore unfortunately. 1650 for one bedroom apartment is average anywhere in Halifax now. And near downtown it will cost more than 1800 dollars!
An honorable mention could be my home town of London Ontario, mostly known for Western University and nick named "Forest City". Every direction within a 2hr drive or less from London offers a unique destination such as amazing beaches (Port Stanly south, Grand Bend North) , the USA at many different boarder crossings, and the GTA plus skiing, camping and other adventure destinations also) I've lived in Windsor also, but currently live in the ridiculously overpriced city of Toronto. Great thing about Toronto is a vehicle isn't required where most other cities/towns, require a vehicle for most work and day to day life.
We love London, and Western University is gorgeous! But unfortunately London didn't make the list, as it's not as affordable anymore. Rent is pretty high compared to other cities in the list. Renting 1br apartment in London would cost $1820 these days vs. $1355 in Windsor for example
@@MakeThatChange WOW. When I lived in London about 10 years ago, a 2 bedroom main floor rental without utilities was less than $1000 near downtown and the university. Prices sure have sky rocketed in the last few years. Yikes.
Damn, that was my plan back in 2018 to move to London once I finished my studies in Ottawa. Things changed in 2019 and 2020. All of Ontario is unaffordable now. London has been the worse. Search homes in London for sale and you’ll see eye-watering prices for little homes. Pre-sales for townhomes are touching a million mark. Same story in Ottawa, GTA, Kitchener-Waterloo, Kingston, and everywhere. Options are Timmins and North Bay but they are expensive too for their size and location. Homes in North Bay at $500k plus. It’s crazy. Calgary and Edmonton became sellers market for the time during that pandemic boom. Record number of people moving to Calgary and Ontario losing net number of people each year. Even worse in Vancouver and anywhere in BC. East hastings area in Vancouver is just third world now, becoming LA and San Francisco…working people living on the streets, I have no hopes anymore, I plan to move to US for higher salary and relatively affordable homes…Ontario has gone to shit…There was a little town in the news few months back which was seeing homes getting sold at a million dollars, away from any big city…Atlantic Canada is even worse…Halifax is becoming too unaffordable…home ownership among my generation is on a free fall…it’s demotivating :(
Thanks for this video! I am hopefully moving to Canada on an IEC and just got back from Alberta. I absolutely loved it but wondered if I should choose a city or town in another province to settle in for a while and do more exploring!
How did you not mention anywhere in New Brunswick? It's the cheapest place in Canada for real estate. Look at St. John, Monton or Fredericton. They're WAY cheaper than Halifax
Trois-Rivières is your best bang for you buck. One factor that wasn't mentioned is that it has a very low crime rate as opposed to Thunder Bay, Regina, and Saskatoon. However, I definitely recommend you learn French if you live anywhere in Québec.
Halifax here. It’s no longer affordable. We have the lowest wages and highest taxes, rent keeps skyrocketing, and the infrastructure cannot handle the amount of traffic it is now seeing. The wait list for a family dr is at 145,000. I miss the Halifax from a few years ago:(
Yeah, I was shocked by real estate in Halifax recently. Before I retired I worked for a bank with my territory being Atlantic Canada. Surprising how much it has increased.
You are two very lovely Russian young ladies, nice work. I live in Halifax since 2016, it's not great but it provides a stable economy and so-so weather. But NO concerts or professional sports, barley that is, this city doesn't even have a stadium! Most young people leave due to low job opportunities, there's too many old people left behind but Nova Scotians are nice and welcoming. Taxes are horrendous as anywhere in Canada sadly.
How come no cities from Alberta? Edmonton is a strong candidate and should be in the top 3 anyday. Also it's the biggest city in terms of size, population, job opportunities than any cities discussed in the list
Winnipeg is an under rated city. With a strong technology, agriculture and transportation sectors, close to many beautiful lakeside beaches and professional sports teams, make it a very good and affordable city to consider.
the weather is the worst on canada. Edmonton is much better option in the high prairies. less tax and similar prices. much better weather. Crime is also a concern in BC, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Alberta and Quebec are the only reasonable options left in Canada.
The data released by Statistics Canada, which measures crime per 100,000 people, shows Winnipeg saw the largest jump in crime severity - 20 per cent - of any other Canadian city from 2021 to 2022.
Moved to Saskatoon from Toronto and it's Awesome city with lots of high paying jobs hence living is very much affordable, rents are just 900-1000$ in some of the areas for 2 bedrooms & you can buy own decent house for 200k to 300k, if you figure out to cover up your body in winters you wouldn't mind the winter here and that extreme winter goes only for a week or two. Lots of outdoor & indoor fun activities in winters within city. Biggest opportunity is coming to invest as world's top 2 Potash manufacturers are in Saskatoon and world is going on laid off employees but in Saskatoon companies are hiring a lot. Even if government changes and Pipeline projects starts again it will be boom like GTA

I live in Saskatoon i pay 950$ for one bedroom . I like Saskatoon but its extremely cold minus 50 in winter sometimes i think if i move to windser more warmer you think is it good idea ?
While Thunder Bay has a high murder rate and violent crime rate, it's generally by people who know the other person. It's not a case you will walk down the street and get beat up or shot. In general I lived here most my life and its a case you know stay away from this neighborhood and that one and you we'll be perfectly fine. Now that being said I am guessing an Indigenous person may have a slightly different perspective in that regard.
Didn't you all say in one of your videos that used to live in Chatham my question is why didn't you stay in Chatham at the time it's very cheap to live there
I get a kick of people talking highly of Edmonton. I lived in Edmonton…..it is a hole. Its like they had an industrial park and then put 1.5 million people in there. Its dirty, the winters are mid September to May most years with no chinooks. Plus its so cold. The river valley is nice though. Calgary is much cleaner. I live just outside Halifax and since Covid rent and housing has gotten quite expensive. Weather in Halifax is amongst the softest in Canada. I have no idea why these girls mention all the snow. That is a wives tale. I have grass most of the winter and its been like that for the last 15 years except one year. There is a snow line from Moncton NB to Truro NS.
Thunder Bay, ON could have been a good recommendation in the past but in recent years has turned into gang land. Increasing violent crimes, murder, and shootings from big city gangs flooding the city. Also, located next to many Fist Nations reservations gives the city its own set of problems. The one thing going for the city and surrounding area is it’s stunning natural beauty all year round.
yes its cold in January but -50 days? The average high in January is -8c and low -20 and yes thats very cold and we can get wind chills in the minus 30s or so but days of -50 , its just not factual
It’s a typical Canadian climate. Colder than southern Ontario or lower mainland BC but look how far south it is! Thunder Bay is farther south than anyplace in western Canada, it’s not worse ( likely better) than any place on the prairies.
I watched this video to see what else was out there. I've lived in Windsor for 41 years. I've stayed here because of my family and what USED TO BE a low cost of living. However, since around 2015, people from everywhere else have moved here. Windsor, if studies were available, has to have one of the highest rates of investment properties. Because of this, rents are skyrocketing. We've historically had the highest unemployment rate, lowest median income and cheapest real estate. Not anymore!! Rents have more than doubled since 2017. One of the main reasons for this, is because people keep comparing that to Toronto. However, unemployment hasn't dropped and salaries haven't risen. Our crime rate and homelessness rate are also skyrocketing. If it wasn't for family and the proximity to Detroit, I'd be long gone. It's cheaper to live in cities like Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo and London. I wouldn't wish living here on anyone. Also, your figures for rent are a bit off. 1-2BR units are going for $1800-2200/month. A 3BR apt or house is about $2400-2800/month.
I’m surprised Edmonton isn’t listed here, lived there for 4 years now living in Halifax. Can’t wait to get what I want here and move back to my favourite Canadian province. It’s way more cheaper than Halifax, low taxes, better healthcare and amenities overall.
Been to both repeatedly; it isn't even close. Recommended visiting Halifax, it is a great vibrant city. The people are friendly and it is truly a community.
I grew up in Saskatchewan. Lived in regina and went to school in Saskatoon. Sask is boring, you don’t wanna leave there. There is nothing exciting to do if you’re not very country. It’s also not a diverse place. I moved after living there for 13yrs
What is so boring about it? I have lived in sask for the past 15 years and it's so cheap to live compared to anywhere else , also we have more lakes than anywhere.
I live in Trois Rivieres. I'm paying 650 a month for a 3 1/2 in a rather low income area. There are many drug addicts, and people with mental issues but they seem friendly. From Trois Rivieres you can visit Quebec City for a change and enjoy historical scenery, I moved from Montreal and further away from my daughter in Ontario but it's just more travelling. As a newly retired I can afford the rent here and the the rent in South America for 380 a month spending 6 months a year. I came up with a great idea 😊😊
Great plan but I wouldn’t live anywhere else than Montreal because of its food and art scene. The 6m in South America us a great plan. I cant stand stray dogs barking all night and the same beat music, so I’d settle with Portugal or, cheaper, Thailand or Cambodia…
My grandparents hometowns both made the list 🥰 thunder bay and Trois Riviere :) Also I feel like a good strategy to get newcomers to settle outside the GTA would be to issue a SIN with COPR so that newcomers can look for a job anywhere in Canada before landing
@@MakeThatChange I've no clue. I really do think it would help. The current situation of having to apply for a SIN post landing understandably leads newcomers to land where they have the highest probability of getting a job. The info they ask for at service Canada is the same info IRCC already has for each applicant, so I don't imagine it would be too hard to just include the SIN. It could.be a great opportunity for smaller cities to attract talent and fill some of their most acute labor shortages
Nice video. But I would be curious to know why you talked about both Saskatchewan main city and did not mentioned Winnipeg. Did you consider Winnipeg ?
@@MakeThatChange actually, I do not care if Winnipeg made the list or not. I'm actually wondering why Regina or Saskatoon are a better option. If you look at the numbers Winnipeg is a bigger city, so I assume more job possibilities. And the real estate citation is affordable, I think it's about the same as the Saskatchewan. And Manitoba I thing has a better health system. This is my understanding from internet and TH-cam. But I can be wrong or missed something.
NS ... all the towns in it, including Halifax are very expensive to live in. Taxes are high, property tax, HST and provincial tax. Medical is terrible.... and so is the weather.

Great video, though Halifax right now (having lived here for my whole life) is NOT affordable. We have the highest income taxes in Canada, and we are now the 3rd most expensive city aside from Vancouver and Toronto for rent. We also have a less than 1% vacancy rate to boot, I'm planning my escape from this city now so viewer be warned about Halifax.
If moving to BC stay away from the coast! It is the most expensive area in Canada with severe homelessness, drug abuse, healthcare and housing issues. It is impossible to understand the severity of these issues coming from eastern Canada. The Interior of BC is much nicer, although it's much smaller.
Great information I got from your videos I just want to know that can we have two credit cards from two different banks? Will it effect our credit score?
Спасибо за видео. Но куда подевались Виннипег с Эдмонтоном и куча других городков типа Летбриджа, Вернона или Монотонна ? Чем они хуже названных в видео небольших городов ?
first it is a great video, second can you explain why Calgary is not in the list. It is the 4th largest city in Canada with Housing price less than Hamilton.
So should you or could you find a job first before heading to any of these cities? Or you will have to be physically there, that means already securing a place to stay first before finding employment there?
It all depends on your profession and the state of the market. In any case, we always recommend to visit the city before deciding to settle down in it.

Yep. And the Police force was the subject of a not-too-good report in the last year or two.
Medicine Hat, Alberta! Small city but affordable and beautiful. Sometimes it's better to go small than live in big city
💯💯💯 great city!
As a French and English speaker ,I will choose Quebec City or Montreal
🙌
I think Saint John NB would be another great place to consider when looking for a city with a more affordable cost of living.
I am still undecided so this channel helps. I retire in 4 years and don't want to stay in Ottawa. I've considered Windsor, Chatham, Welland and London. I am leaning towards a rural London town like Strathroy. Windsor has 1.81 percent property tax which is high. I am also concerned about flooding.
not welland
Thanks for sharing I am a new subscriber you guys are amazing powerful content
Thank you for the kind words! Welcome 🤗
Thank you for this video ladies. I am hoping to move to Windsor this year to do my MBA, so I really appreciate the information you provided about the city. It reinforced that that city was a good choice for me.
Glad it was helpful! Good luck with the move and with MBA!
Great vid. Production, videography, and editing were great.
Huge flies that bite in ThunderBay.
Edmonton is the most Under Rated 1 million + population city in Canada. Most affordable than ALL Big cities 1 million +. 😊
❤️
Totally Agree!!!
Wonderful city.
I know that. I live here, and love my home.
greetings, Anna!
Your video is useful and excellent.
Thank you! 😃
$700/month, ELRL 2 br apt in Elliot Lake ON., utilities included (hydro subsidized), cable extra, on site laundry, $3/load, and 1 parking spot included with year round hydro included.
that sounds like quite a steal!
American tourist never made Windsor feel dirty. It’s the high level of homelessness. The American tourist were part of what helped maintain what used to be a higher level of services to the residents.
Lethbridge Alberta!!!! I live here very cheap many jobs.
That’s great to know!
Pls tell me more about Lethbridge Alberta, I want to come there. If possible let's chat
4:54 I would say NOT mainly wheat for agriculture near Saskatoon. Mainly canola would be more accurate.
thank you for making that correction!
@@MakeThatChange You are welcome.
Good video Anna and Anastasia
Thank you Tito 🤗
Perhaps Trois Rivieres, Quebec though I am currently in the GVA in BC.
Windsor is an affordable city as if it is close to Detroit Michigan. However I think I should stick to Niagara Falls Ontario as my alternative.
That’s a wonderful alternative!
Niagara falls isnt as cheap as it used to be
@@GEnright-c9h Well, at least is less expensive than Toronto and Brampton.
Rent in Halifax not that low anymore unfortunately. 1650 for one bedroom apartment is average anywhere in Halifax now. And near downtown it will cost more than 1800 dollars!
can you guys make a video like this but with rural/small towns instead. i love all your videos
Soon to come!
Trois-Rivieres (my town) is only 1hr away Montreal ,not 2 hr
👌👌even better!
I am moving to Halifax this summer
🙌🙌
Keep up the good work, it's great video
Yikes.
Oh, Canada!
East hastings area in Vancouver is just third world now, becoming LA and San Francisco…working people living on the streets, I have no hopes anymore, I plan to move to US for higher salary and relatively affordable homes…Ontario has gone to shit…There was a little town in the news few months back which was seeing homes getting sold at a million dollars, away from any big city…Atlantic Canada is even worse…Halifax is becoming too unaffordable…home ownership among my generation is on a free fall…it’s demotivating :(
London is pretty boring.
Thanks for this video! I am hopefully moving to Canada on an IEC and just got back from Alberta. I absolutely loved it but wondered if I should choose a city or town in another province to settle in for a while and do more exploring!
Exploring is always a good idea before settling down - if that's something you'd like to do!
How did you not mention anywhere in New Brunswick? It's the cheapest place in Canada for real estate. Look at St. John, Monton or Fredericton. They're WAY cheaper than Halifax
There’s a v2 coming up soon!
New Brunswick is a province people are moving out of, not into.
@@shauncameron8390 actually that has changed drastically in the past couple of years. Moncton in particular has a rapid population growth
They also neglected Newfoundland. Here you can buy property at at prices other parts of Canada haven't seen in decades.
Thunder Bay was 5 times the national average in homicides in 2022, 3rd highest
I really enjoyed Windsor when I was there
Absolutely a helpful video.
What about Moncton, Dieppe & Riverside in NB?
There’s an episode on Atlantic provinces coming up soon!
@@MakeThatChange You guys are the best 👍🏽
thank you for your kind words
Trois-Rivières is your best bang for you buck. One factor that wasn't mentioned is that it has a very low crime rate as opposed to Thunder Bay, Regina, and Saskatoon. However, I definitely recommend you learn French if you live anywhere in Québec.
💯🙏
Halifax here. It’s no longer affordable. We have the lowest wages and highest taxes, rent keeps skyrocketing, and the infrastructure cannot handle the amount of traffic it is now seeing. The wait list for a family dr is at 145,000. I miss the Halifax from a few years ago:(
Yeah, I was shocked by real estate in Halifax recently. Before I retired I worked for a bank with my territory being Atlantic Canada. Surprising how much it has increased.
Good video. Very insightful
Glad you enjoyed it!
3:58 That video clip, of agriculture, is NOT from Canada.
sometimes, it's tough to find the right stock video! we will look better next time.
@@MakeThatChange Ah. Yes, of course. Sorry.
How come no cities from Alberta? Edmonton is a strong candidate and should be in the top 3 anyday. Also it's the biggest city in terms of size, population, job opportunities than any cities discussed in the list
Very great advises !
Glad they’re helpful!
Winnipeg is an under rated city. With a strong technology, agriculture and transportation sectors, close to many beautiful lakeside beaches and professional sports teams, make it a very good and affordable city to consider.
100% there's so much potential too!
the weather is the worst on canada. Edmonton is much better option in the high prairies. less tax and similar prices. much better weather. Crime is also a concern in BC, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Alberta and Quebec are the only reasonable options left in Canada.
The mosquitoes makes me dislike Winnipeg but it's cool
I was wondering why Regina and Saskatoon made the list but Winnipeg didn’t. From the outside it looks like winnipeg has much more to offer culturally.
WINTERpeg? Gotta love the -40 in the winter.
I might be the only one on here, but I Love Toronto and the GTA!!!
Great Video 10/10 !!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
The data released by Statistics Canada, which measures crime per 100,000 people, shows Winnipeg saw the largest jump in crime severity - 20 per cent - of any other Canadian city from 2021 to 2022.
Windsor used to be decent, but the health care has gone through some terrible leaders. Crime is high due to the border. And its hot and humid.
If possible, plz include some cities in BC and Alberta in your future videos ladies
Tnx
Will do! Thanks for the request!
bc is overpriced and alberta is a dirt polluted dumpster 🤣🤣🤣
Bc way to expensive lousy ndp government
really informative and entertaining thanks :)
🙏🙏
Is there any need for electrical engineers in Saskatoon?
@@charzanboo9940oh I bet there is alot of opportunities for electrical engineers.. I'm not from Saskatoon.. but 4hrs away in Esterhazy which has a population of 2300ppl. "Who needs french when you can work remotely?" This line is absolutely despicable1 So, if you can remotely work in English, you can conveniently ignore most of the people in the affordable city you want to live in! Keep up the good work!

Thunder Bay is also always dealing with the indigenous homelessness. And its a long drive to anywhere, so flying is necessary.
And a very damning recent report on it’s Police department.

Appreciate it.
Best of luck in your studies!
I live in Saskatoon i pay 950$ for one bedroom . I like Saskatoon but its extremely cold minus 50 in winter sometimes i think if i move to windser more warmer you think is it good idea ?
Thunder Bay has one of the worst violent crime rates in Canada..
Windsor is my choice because of its proximity to Detroits.
🙌
Didn't you all say in one of your videos that used to live in Chatham my question is why didn't you stay in Chatham at the time it's very cheap to live there
Because of things I shared in this video th-cam.com/video/uzNPXjooO0A/w-d-xo.html
We are looking to retire to Saskatoon from Vancouver.
All the best with your transition!
I drove through Edmonton once and that was exactly the impression I had of the place.
I will be moving to Calgary very soon. I wonder what would that like to be.
A lot less cheaper and hectic than Vancouver or Toronto.
These small city prices, while cheaper than the big cities, are still very high compared to 20 years ago even in the big cities!
So sad and so true 🥲
Thunder Bay, ON could have been a good recommendation in the past but in recent years has turned into gang land. Increasing violent crimes, murder, and shootings from big city gangs flooding the city. Also, located next to many Fist Nations reservations gives the city its own set of problems. The one thing going for the city and surrounding area is it’s stunning natural beauty all year round.
Thanks for sharing this, Marc
im coming to thunderbay this august
I start love Canada because of your great job & informations girls thank you to help me make a choice
So glad!🤗
Thunder Bay it's beautiful! I left after 2 years because is just too cold. -50C days during January is not unusual, and it snows 6 mounts/year.
yes its cold in January but -50 days?
A 3BR apt or house is about $2400-2800/month.
thank you for sharing your perspective - and sharing the more accurate rent numbers!
I’m surprised Edmonton isn’t listed here, lived there for 4 years now living in Halifax. Can’t wait to get what I want here and move back to my favourite Canadian province. It’s way more cheaper than Halifax, low taxes, better healthcare and amenities overall.
Better Amenities lol what are you talking about
@@Grimmiest they dont have storms that knock off the power every year like the maritimes. everything is buried in edmonton
Been to both repeatedly; it isn't even close. Recommended visiting Halifax, it is a great vibrant city. The people are friendly and it is truly a community.
Hi can you share some information about medicine hat, alberta? how's the cost of living there?
I grew up in Saskatchewan. Lived in regina and went to school in Saskatoon. Sask is boring, you don’t wanna leave there. There is nothing exciting to do if you’re not very country. It’s also not a diverse place. I moved after living there for 13yrs
Where do you live now?
Ottawa
Wow but how is the rent and job opportunities like over there ,I live in Quebec
Brilliant!
Great plan but I wouldn’t live anywhere else than Montreal because of its food and art scene.
The 6m in South America us a great plan. I cant stand stray dogs barking all night and the same beat music, so I’d settle with Portugal or, cheaper, Thailand or Cambodia…
Calgary, Edmonton, Regina.
My grandparents hometowns both made the list 🥰 thunder bay and Trois Riviere :)
Also I feel like a good strategy to get newcomers to settle outside the GTA would be to issue a SIN with COPR so that newcomers can look for a job anywhere in Canada before landing
That’s a brilliant idea - why haven’t they figured it out?!
@I Rojnica that's where I'm running from 😂
@@dobrenkijbog8805 have you ever lived in the US? If you have not, please kindly keep your uninformed opinion to yourself.

Nice video. But I would be curious to know why you talked about both Saskatchewan main city and did not mentioned Winnipeg. Did you consider Winnipeg ?
Winnipeg is a great option too! We will do another video with more cities in the future
When we did our research Winnipeg came at a higher cost of living than Saskatoon, that's why we didn't include it.
@@MakeThatChange Good to know thank you.
NS ... all the towns in it, including Halifax are very expensive to live in. Taxes are high, property tax, HST and provincial tax. Medical is terrible.... and so is the weather.
Good thoughtful pickings that actually spot on 👍

I was hoping to find Calgary on this list
No good jobs in Calgary, my Freind recently moved there.
By seeing the comments you get for your videos I have subscribed to your channel, more than having a channel for yourselves you are contributing in a great way for others by giving valuable information which leads to happiness, and I admire it. If not can you tell me some good places where I can start, Thank You and Keep Going!!
Thanks for sharing your perspective! Where do you plan on going to?
Fo those who want the west coast of Canada what would you recommend. Abbotsford maybe? Victoria?
We’re liking Richmond, Squamish, Coquitlam, Victoria is nice but has also become expensive
If moving to BC stay away from the coast! It is the most expensive area in Canada with severe homelessness, drug abuse, healthcare and housing issues. It is impossible to understand the severity of these issues coming from eastern Canada. The Interior of BC is much nicer, although it's much smaller.
Great information I got from your videos
I just want to know that can we have two credit cards from two different banks? Will it effect our credit score?
You can have as many cards as you want, as long as you pay them off on time; and keep your balance less than 30% of your credit limit.

first it is a great video, second can you explain why Calgary is not in the list.
