Hang in there man! As you get older and more experienced you’ll get use to it 👍🏽. I use to have that same exact problem growing up. A lot of people never could believe I had social anxiety and was an introvert based on my looks and profession being a professional basketball player at 6’7.
Once I retired from sports in my mid 20s going into a different profession in the administrative/finance field… I had to really try hard to work on my social skills in person which I mastered after trial and error in my 30s 😃! My biggest advice to you is trial and error and keep it simple with “hi or what’s up my name is #### and what’s your name?” You can kind of gauge if someone is interested from there as you talk then next question “what brings you here?” The rest will come natural trust me man 👍🏽!!! If you would like more detailed steps I don’t mind to advise and help!
