Often times women will give out their number, instagram or fake number just to get a guy to leave her alone, having a nice conversation is always a better route and you'll also build your social and communication skills
This is fantastic advice. I like to take it a step further by practicing networking: take the entire process, remove the sexual/romantic interest, and apply it to as many people as possible. It’s not only a great way to make friends and contacts, it’ll make you feel comfortable with these interactions in general
