thankyou SO much for this! every morning i wake up and stretch my legs out i get horrible calf cramp to the point its almost painful, i honestly feel like after following this video for the first time they already feel better, like they have released almost. i will definitely be doing this every day and will also check out your other videos! i do have one question though, should we be doing some cardio and a dynamic warm up before doing these stretch routines? thanks again!
Hi Lauren!! So happy to hear that your calves are doing better now that you’ve been working on them 💝 ! Keep it up! If you’re doing them in the morning, a simple 5 min warm up should suffice for these quick stretching videos - dynamic stretches will help bring movement to the part of the body you’ll be stretching (ex leg swings, butt kicks). Thanks!

i noticed that my calves get sore sometimes & i also don’t stretch them enough. i like how easy it is to do this stretch with any wall & that it’s really quick to do!
I made my right calf super tight using the hyperextension machine. I’ve got flat feet/pronated ankles, knee valgus, I walk like a penguin, so stretches are considerably less effective. I can’t have my feet point forward and my knee bend forward/back (as opposed to diagonally) at the same time. Only fix is to just NOT have pronated ankles. Sucks.

I think last stretch is not for calves only for arms & shoulders?
