Hi For days, I have had a sore glute muscle on the right side but I added a few of your exercises to my normal routine and miraculously the soreness has gone. Thanks for this video. I don't think that I can do all the exercises yet until I'm more flexible but will get to them in time.
That's wonderful that these have helped with your glute soreness and that you're stretching regularly 🌟!!! Absolutely, in the mean time, you can do another round of the previous stretch or use a pillow whenever needed as support. Thanks so much for stretching along John!
