I used to go to a Cannon cinema all the time and going from the interval music to the Kia-Ora advert is ingrained in my memory. I wonder if they had any other adverts!
Like that Kia-Ora ad during the Cannon logos wasn't racist...
I think the crow stereotypes were to a degree, but kia ora updated the advert several times
I never knew Cannnon was a cinema chain, I always thought it was just a home video company.

Interval: when you're ashamed to call yourself Cannon Films.Cannon Cinemas: now we're ruining movie theaters.
Trying to think what films they would have played with an interval. Can't really think of any mid-late 80s films that had one.
Apparently it was in-between cartoon and film.
@@hoole1926 But what films in that era played with cartoons, either? Were they showing cartoons that were already decades old by then?
