This challenge helped me get OUT of my head!

Hi guys, this round was played at Steenberg GC in Cape Town and I would so recommend playing it. A great course for beginners and pro's alike.
The idea with this round was to try and find a simple and effective challenge to help me get out of my head on the golf course. I really felt this worked well, and allowed me to be very focussed on the task at hand, as opposed to too many swing thoughts etc.
