Hexen bass build - Is hexagon really the basstagon?

Breaking new ground with a fancy 5 string bass build with hexagons to test if hexagons are really the bestagones. Realised only after all the making and editing that a 6 string bass with hexagons would make alot more sence, but it still turned out pretty killer! More builds shall follow pretty soon! Really nice! Those frets look small - short and flat? Was that a concience decision - what you like, or what you had? I don't think I've ever played a bass with smaller frests. How was the feel?

Im using black nitro paints and a nitro matt finish lacquer to get that nice smooth look, plus its not a fingerprints magnet!

07:01 be careful, when the resin mixing container is thin and tall, it might heat up

i was using slow cure resin since it was a thick pour, but its never been a problem because i dont let it sit that long for it to get to that point
