i remember the gba version scaring the ass out of me, even when playing it during day time.
I played and beaten this on both DS and GameCube and it was surprisingly fun. The Gameboy version is adorable
The movie's somewhat "cheap cgi" look, made the console games look... Very faithful to the source material, that's actually really cool

Man, the Gamecube is such and underrated console, great graphics, equal to or even better than the ps2 ones :o
Its more powerfull than the PS2, so it was more pricey

But the Size limitations keep it back, thats why you always see gamecube roms weights around 1,2GBs
The vast majority of games looked better on Gamecube than PS2. Look up the comparison videos of the Need for Speed games.
Definitely a very underrated console.
On the other hand, it's important to note that some games had better frame-rate on PS2. But most emulators can now play in 60 FPS, so that's not a problem anymore.

Te recomiendo bastante y la de la Game Boy Advance... Tiene muy buena jugabilidad como The Legend of Zelda... Y tiene buen soundtrack perfectamente ambientado.
Pues donde viviste debajo de.una piedra? Era famoso el juego hasta lo anunciaron en la TV 😂😂 en su epoca de oro hasta el 2010 la mayor parte de la películas de niños tenia su videojuego, hasta Coraline tiene su videojuego.

The DS version is missed potential. I thought it would be like the GBA version but upscaled, but I was disappointed to play it and find out it was just a run and gun with no exploration. I prefer playing the GBA version any day

I played both the GBA and GameCube version, this is one instance where I had more fun with the GBA version than I did the GameCube one
i dont know why but to me some games i rather have them be pixilated a bit to make it more scarier . Sometimes too digital ruins the scaryness on some remakes of course

Bro I missed watching Monster House. 😢 Great times seeing that awesome movie
I was always bummed the entire game took place inside the house and had no outdoor levels,/ planning infiltration, or construction site. the movie itself built such a halloween aesthetic world i had hoped the game would provide the same. for a movie tie-in it wasn't a bad game by any means.
I felt the opposite tbh as much as I liked the movie as a kid I always disliked that they were only in the house for like 15 minutes, if that lol. The people behind this game really brought the rest of the house to life for the game and it was cool to explore it when the movie didn't.

As a Monster House player and also LOZ player, It isn’t actually the same. I have played parts of the game series and somehow, it doesn’t seem like Monster House.

I think in some cases the game’s can look better on GameCube at least the ps2 ports that look more grainy such as hairy potter and the goblet of fire, and dragon ball budokai on GameCube has cell shaded graphics, as compared to the choppy ps2 animations I currently own the ps2 copy cus it’s the port I played growing up and I’m used to how ugly it looks.
