When you see the edges cracked from the pan, this is the best time to release of the cake. In 15 to 30 minutes. Happy baking💜

You may put 30ml of pandan juice and reduce the coconut milk to 30ml . Happy baking 💜

What do I use instead of eggs
Uma kudal Unfortunately for this type of cake there is no egg replacement. We need a light cake batter that is not immersed in custard puddings.
