So who's gonna tell to fellow american that proteins in pasta come from gluten? 😂
Dear people from foreign country that 2 grams of protein for 100gr don't mean anything at all, italian pasta has always a good taste and performance (most of the time, and yes even the cheaper ones)
Poiatti is a very good pasta indeed, so nothing to worry about your digestion or cooking performance
