Someday when I have more money, I'll put this knowledge to good use. Til then, Aldi's brand pasta it is.
Barilla sux!
Subscribed.
Italian Sasquatch.
Thought this is going to be some weird flex. But this is actually great tips!
Interesting place to live, wonder why it was made like that
Nice👍👍
Quanta ignoranza che c'è nei commenti
You have any tips for Gluten Free pasta?
Good to know!
a true Italian makes his own pasta
Bravo Fra, thank you for sharing the tip
Just eat beef
Thanks for great tips cheers
Cheers hope it helps!
Who Said that Italien know how to cock food or Pasta . Hehehe If you wanna find Out which Nation can cock better you have to Check If people there are fat or Not because good food make you eat more and need more .
Pasta sommelier
I love that none of the brands he said are sold here
Italian’s trying not to make their whole personality about pasta challenge level: IMPOSSIBLE
You should let the asian lady choose the pasta, as she must have more knowledge on the topic, as her ancestors, were the true inventors of pasta...
Alright now let's do canned tomatoes please!
My boyfriend is the same way about pasta. I don’t even bother picking the pasta. I let him do that. 😂
I will like this video with the intention of remembering the facts and proceed to forget everything that was said or that I even watched it the next time im buying pasta
Yes? And more yellow color pasta is cheaper quality go for lighter color pasta more white ish
Thank you. I love pasta, but have a hard time digesting it.
Hot
I am not Italian and did not grow up with this knowledge, but I am concerned with all of the additives that they put into food so I try and buy a product with the least amount of ingredients possible. I always try and find pasta that is made with durum wheat and Semolina, the brand that I usually buy from stores if I can find it is RAO'S homemade imported from Italy bronze die cut, which isn't as expensive as it sounds.
Huh, I stayed away from the more porous ones because I thought they were old.
My Mom is half italien. but her der dad died early. She was a good mom and cook. I've worked a few years as a cook for a some years. My mom used Barilla for some years. Its just expensive low shit noodles
You need to eat pineapple on your pizza and STFU about your dried pasta
Not gonna take that Poiatti slander easily thoooo I grew up with it!
Gordon would smack you and tell you to make it yourself
Ill go check my pasta storage 😅.
I always buy De Cecco! I just thought theirs cooked and tasted better. Now I understand why!
Cuando se afeita, dónde para?
Yeah nice
🤯
is no one going to tell him about that hanging booger?
Italian people approve
I like the bronze pasta but it costs so much more when it has literally the same production cost and I'm not willing to pay for that. I tried it once but my next time will be when the price is the same as the Teflon one.
Like why u shared our secrets???? Man!!!!! 🤣
DeCecco is already my standard, but I don't think I've seen anyone talk about the protein/100g ratio. That's a great tip.
For dried pasta, Rummo and Monograno Felicetti are usually quite good options. But of course it’s always fun and easy to make your own too😉 Switch it up and go back and forth guys, have fun!!!
You know it’s fucked when a European is telling an Asian which noodles are better 😂😂😂😂😂
Monograno Felicetti is a more premium brand found in luxury food stores here in the US (it’s obviously found more commonly in Italy). A bit pricy but a true quality pasta brand.
Must get better pasta! I have been eating the wrong one my entire life and hate pasta 🙃
Haha! The obnoxiousness for something that’s so boring and bland as pasta. 😆
Rummo is soo good for the ones that like pasta al dente :)
I had no idea about the protein! That makes so much sense
He’s absolutely right I went to Italy and when I came back, I never bought American pasta again. I specifically look for Italian pasta made in Italy.
Thanks 🤌💕
